What do you like best about the product?
I liked the data output the best when reviewing applicants' strengths and weaknesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked having to remind references to complete the survey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The SkillSurvey better objectifies the applicant review process.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly with the ability to compare candidates appropriately.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike about the program. Could maybe be set up a different way or show the dashboard consciously but what is there now is helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiring, screening, comparing. Definitely realized the time it saved in reviewing applicants.

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many things to like about Skill Survey; not only is the timeframe for completion notable, the text individuals share is invaluable. Previous to purchasing SparkHire, I can't think of a time where we did not hire an individual based on completing traditional phone screens. Since implementing, we have made the decision not to hire based off of information provided. Also, the insight given provides leaders with potential areas of growth.

At this time, I have found no areas of dislike.

The manhours and robust tracking/ sourcing time saver

What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful is the ability to strategize and customize your recruiting efforts with the robust "realtime" tool of ICIMS Talent Cloud.
The upside of using this ATS are the savings in manhours, tracking and sourcing.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there is a suggestion you put into the software engineering team, it takes them awhile to get to it, but it does get addressed with their updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a major tracking problem with high volume industrial construction hiring with 25-50 hires a week. There were candidates that would try to bypass the hiring process in that that the former ATS system that we replaced didn't give us realtime or historical information to flag unqualified candidates. The benefits of our new system is that we've been able to stop the financial bleeding with bad hires. Within an 18 month period we've been able to see a major improvement.

Critical for hiring

What do you like best about the product?
Love how easy it is to get multiple references without the hassle of many phone calls, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
SkillSurvey seems to have pretty much dialed in the reference checking. No issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Big problem is reference checking for potential hires. Using SkillSurvey has decreased the cost and increased the quality of the insights for references.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability for Skillsurvey to keep track, as a single source of truth, the saved reference contact information and results.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are quite a few emails to members of my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before SkillSurvey, we only reached out to some candidate references and certainly did not chase them down until they answered. With skillsurvey, a "gentle reminder" approach has increased our responses tenfold, while hardly increasing our time spent setting up the references at all.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
SkillSurvey will save you time and effort! Spend time in the beginning learning all of the capabilities and it will become irreplaceable.

What do you like best about the product?
That the reviews are anonymous and quite frankly, VERY candid.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cant think of anything really. It is a really well thought out platform that has a great workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Honestly, we never checked references to the level we should have previously because it was so time consuming. Now we are getting a good look at candidates that are serious, and for the candidates that are not serious; they dont submit references, and eliminate themselves quite efficiently.

Very much worth the investment

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of using SkillSurvey and the quick nature of getting qualified references back.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't think of anything that I don't like. It's serving it's purpose for us!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less phone time tracking down references by phone calls. Candidate ownership of the process puts priority on them to provide references and follow up.
