Easy recruiting workflow
What do you like best about the product?
How configurable the system is for different hire types and how friendly is to use for both recruiters and candidates

Needs some work with their inform product. But is not a deal breaker

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent reporting, extremely customizable, great customer service! ICIMS is very focused on user and candidate experience and always taking suggestions and adding new improvements and functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was more in depth reporting available specific to user activity.

Candidate experience and time to fill has improved drastically with integration with TextRecruit

Great candidate experience, constantly implementing new features and enhancements, and easy to navigate.

There have been a few minor things that I have disliked and iCIMS has been quick to find solutions for them.

Major improvement to our candidate experience including a streamlined and customizable application. Great technical team to support our changing hiring needs.

What do you like best about the product?
iCIMS has allowed to to remain flixible in our processes and scale when needed. We can use iCIMS to manage so many of our internal processes and policies.
What do you dislike about the product?
New Hire Category reporting does not allow for full reporting of tasks assigned to each new hire category. this makes it difficult to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to streamline so many processes for recruiting, onboarding and post-hire status changes

What do you like best about the product?
The customizability of iCIMS, the ease of use and the robust reporting capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to remove the hiring manager from an automated email when necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AAP reporting is much easier. We can look at any requisition and know exactly where we are in the recruitment process.

Make sure to ask all questions you can think of, particularly for AAP reporting.

Easy configuration options! We love reporting and with all of the options that we have to add whatever fields to the profiles that we want, the reports that we can pull seem to be endless!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a little longer than I like to get a response on tickets. However, when the customer support team responds I usually get my issue resolved quickly and accurately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are receiving alot more data than before, therefore getting more reporting! Every day we learn something new that we can utilize or make better for our Recruiting department.

You absolutely can not go wrong with getting the iCIMS Talent Acquisition Platform. It's truly changed our Recruiting department for the better. It's even made some company wide processes better and easier!

What do you like best about the product?
The system is so easy to use as an administrator and for all of our hiring managers and candidates. We also run great analytics and have amazing support from the iCIMS team when we’re looking for advancements!

The system is so robust I don’t use every feature all the time so it’s easy to forget things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are utilizing the job analytics more and realizing how valuable sourcing is. We’re also working with our account representative to determine what new features may or may not be right for us like text recruit.
User Friendly and Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
Once you learn the system, it is pretty user friendly. When I need help or am unsure of how to do something, technical support is always helpful and resolves issues quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is not mobile optimized making it difficult to use when on the go.

It keeps all of my candidates organized and easy to keep track of. I also like that it creates a pipeline of candidates that I can source from.

Icims Onboard is customizable and intuitive. The product is ideal for robust companies that do not fit a standard template.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Optimization costs more money, but is overall a great and help product! The system allows us to meet a variety of customer expectations and allows our team to work smarter instead of harder.
Highly Configurable ATS
What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can personalize the system to the organization's needs. I have consulted in various industries and this platform has worked well in each of them. Once the system is configured correctly, the flow of information and data reporting is very helpful in driving operational changes to benefit the success of the organization. The key is setting it up correctly from the start.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of integration between the ATS and job boards. I wish there was a way to use the Quick apply / Easy apply methods and not lose critical data such as the source codes.
I think this is a challenge (not necessarily a dislike) that the system is highly configurable and knowing how to set it up to align with your unique needs can be hard for organizations.

As a consultant, I have helped organizations solve various problems through their iCIMS platform.
1. Increase hires by 367% in 90 days.
2. Increase visibility to where candidates came from - from 6% to 77% in 90 days. (on target to hit 98% by July 1)
3. Reduced # of workflow steps from 90 steps to 20 possible steps.
All of these help organizations reach their hiring goals while creating a dynamic candidate experience and tracking each step through data/reporting.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend iCIMS as an ATS. As with any software, it is critical that your organizations uniqueness is taken into account during the consideration process. I suggest clearly defining your expectations and be sure the system can exceed your needs. Once you decide iCIMS is right for you, take time to implement the system with your process in mind. Configure the small details. Think about what you will need in 6 months and next year. Taking the time up front will really help you down the road.
