What do you like best about the product?
You can upload each candidate for review instantly in addition to seeing all of the positions that are available or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
only the time frame that it takes some of that clients to review the profile in which you have created.

Great Platform for New Hire and Job Req
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track applicants through the on barding process allowing for a smooth transition from applicant, to job offer, to on boarding (and tracking all items during the on board checklist)
What do you dislike about the product?
When we purchased the platform the training was lacking, as this was more self taught and then professional training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved long turnaround times allowing for appliancants to get placed quicker and have a faster more enjoyable experience during the onboard process. This has allowed our firm to maintain and increase productivity standards are each of our distribution centers..

This tool is amazing. Does everything needed from start to finish for hiring an employee. Will definitely be keeping this tool long term.

iCIMS for Recuiting
What do you like best about the product?
iCIMS was one of the most innovative software's used inside my organization. The HR department housed the recruiting department, which used iCIMS for all stages of the recruiting process. I like that the system allowed users from the recruiter to the President to sign and continue the recruiting process all in one system .
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked the lack of reports the system could generate for users. I would like to see updated data analytic functions for the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overcoming technological barriers faced when using multiple HR software. We just a competitor for HR functions however using recruiting functions in the competitors product produced errors consistently, causing delays in the recruiting process.

Very easily accessible, everything from the stats to the apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it glitches out and I can't make changes.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I don't have to constantly send out faxes for peer references. It's great it will send them out, then send reminders, and you can always check to see where in the process they are by viewing the history. This has saved me so much time. I just started using it for Affiliation requests!! LOVE IT!!
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that we can't fax peer references. We can send them email but not via fax. And that fact that on the affiliation requests the affiliate doesn't have to verify the dates that they were affiliated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saving!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Is truly a time saver.
This is so much easier than manually sending individual peer references out.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it creates the peer reference form automatically and reminds the peers that they need to fill out the form if they have not done it.
What do you dislike about the product?
If someone else in a different branch of our department (i.e. the PCS/Corporate) says that the person is complete but then it gets to our level and we end up needing a different peer reference for some reason, then we can't just click a button to incomplete that person so we can send out another one.

It creates efficiency--streamlines the peer reference process and ensures that peer references are not forgotten when they are sent out.

What do you like best about the product?
We did not have time to do reference checks on all our new hires. Skill Survey allows us to check references on every person in a minimal amount of time. The rating system and comments give you great insight into the candidate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to understand the ratings better and how the % is calculated.

Better hiring in hopes to reduce turnover.
Expedite references!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the on-demand platform which expedites the process of collecting reference information

Not differentiating whether a peer or manager commented on strengths and areas of improvement.

Traditional phone-tag reference checking is time-consuming and SkillSurvey expedites this process and we are able to get to offer stage quicker. The insight that SkillSurvey gathers has added value back into professional references

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that individuals are able to be honest with their responses so that we can collect accurate feedback. I love the fact that the process is easy, simple and it allows me to collect a response without having to make phone calls, collect letters, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't say that I dislike anything. I use Skill Survey almost daily. I love the fact that they alert me when reports are ready for finalizing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
quick turnaround time with collection of references. prospects are able to contact tech support with any issues.
