What do you like best about the product?
Ease of access and ability to edit candidate profile based on unique circumstances. Ex. re-sending reference emails and requesting additional references.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited survey choices. Sometimes I cannot find job title surveys that I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiring poor candidates based on reference insecurity to offer their most honest opinion. Since they get to be behind a keyboard instead of over a phone, I feel they offer a more honest opinion.
Benefits I have realized is the ability to quickly get reference info back since I do not have to coordinate schedules.

Easy to use, can do so many things and easily customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are constantly changes going on and being updated. When there are other items to focus on.

Easier hiring process for Orgnaization and candidates. Can customize to for organization needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Super nice and easy to use, tracks well. It's super easy when applying as well as when we are checking for candiadates from all different industries and locals as well. Its pretty awesome to use and we can train it to anyone on the team, and they can start using it pretty quickly

Not much to dislike, it performs very well. I dont have any dislikes for this product, its super easy to use and fast. it also gets the job done everytime

Very easy to keep track of applications and is easy, we are able to find candidates very fast and its super easy and fast. I like it much more than the old software we had used before when we had the old software in place with the old managment. But the new one is very nice and easy to use
Great software for all your recruiting/hiring process
What do you like best about the product?
iCIMS saves us a lot of time with its recruiting procedures. Stuff that was done using paper sheets, online forms and slow process, can now be done in one, single software. It is also very integrated with excel, which allows the user to pull reports directly from it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be tough with users that are non-HR, and not familiar with how to properly use the software. It also lacks some functionalities, but nothing that affects the experience very much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have increased our productivity and hire ratio exponentially. The time saved with iCIMS is being used in different projects, which helps the team a lot. Also, out staff finds it to be quicker than other software.
A great reference platform
What do you like best about the product?
Skill survey provides references with comparable data for like positions which helps the employer select from the highest scored candidates. It has helped us find better candidates and has decreased the amount of time we were spending interviewing candidates that did not have the qualifications we were looking for.

There is nothing about this product that we do not like

We are spending a lot less time interviewing candidates that do not qualify. We have hired better candidates/employees

This platform is easy to use and has really helped us find better qualified candidates. By getting the very detailed reference reports prior to scheduling interviews

The cost and the training materials. Training library is almost too expensive to get a refined search.

Improving the hiring process. At the same time, this program help me to choose the right fit for the position we are looking for.
Easy and convinient access to relevent questions
What do you like best about the product?
That we can really drill down on proficiency in specific skill sets and areas that are vital to the position.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I struggle to find a set of questions that fits the position perfectly and the process to create my own survey is not as simple as I wish it were - it is possible though so that is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This saves us a lot of time in reaching out to references - references also tend to be more forthcoming when they realize that the questions are in an electronic format and that it is anonymous.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We use this service in place of calling personal/professional references on a new hire. It allows us to get a great grasp on the employees strengths and weaknesses. It is certainly worth checking out if you are considering streamlining your processes.
