What do you like best about the product?
The responses are definitely more candid than we were getting over the phone.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about iCIMS is how easy the platform is to navigate for both our HR team and for our hiring managers throughout the organization. Additionally, they are always pushing through new updates (free) that help make the system better and their customer support team is outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I have to say what I don't like about iCIMS, it would be that they only focus on being an applicant tracking system. Our organization enjoys them so much that we wish they would release other platforms as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my organization, we were able to move from a paper and pencil application to having everything online including our entire on-boarding process.The ROI for us was almost immediate with all of the time we were saving.

One of the best vendors to work with - they are honest, supportive, fair, and very friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, if Find candidates is important to your organization ICIMS is great for you. In addition to screening, and hire the best candidates more efficiently with a powerful applicant tracking system that's built to fit your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost – we are a grand funded Federal program and budget needs to be managed; implementation was time consuming due to firewalls with our system is not as simple to use and requires several levels of approval. Value for private sector is incredible; we did not have the opportunity to experience all the available features and robust capability of the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Store and track all of your recruiting information in one location
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is important to hire the right person for position, writing a great ad, posting, attracting the right person is imperative; ability to track and approach your potential employee it is the utmost when it comes to relationship building; even if you do not hire the candidate you need to maintain positive feedback and create great report for your organization.

What do you like best about the product?
The system makes it very easy for you to post jobs, sort candidates into appropriate buckets once reviewed, and the social media add on is great for referrals.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of great add ons that don't come with most packages which is unfortunate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining open jobs and incoming resumes has become much easier and more organized since implementing iCIMS.
Good way to track applicants
What do you like best about the product?
We were really happy with the applicant tracking capabilities and ease of use to post jobs to site. Integrated nicely with website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have anything to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an automated system to receive job applicant resumes instead of having applicants email resumes.
Recruiting is reliable with Icims
What do you like best about the product?
Icms interfaces with main HRIS systems and the connections gives very minimal issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that Icims continues to evolve makes me trust that the little kinks will go away eventually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New hire, rehabilitation rehires, recruitment, and job postings
SkillSurvey is a fabulous tool to quantify references.
What do you like best about the product?
Love that the information is quantifiable and that the response time and process are so easy. This tool allows for an easy review of others' feedback that usually confirms hunches/knowledge gained in the interview process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything I'd change. I appreciate this tool tremendously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cuts down the time for getting references to nearly zero and the reference information is solid.

We like the speed at which the references are returned. We like that the specific reference questions tied to the job function. We like the visual rating system and comparative ranking tool. We like how quickly we were able to get up and running. We like how quick we receive a response on what reference survey we should send for a role we have in our organization that is not listed specifically as a job title.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the training is done in a very short phone call. We would like at least 3 follow-up calls over the period of the first six months to takes us deeper into the "power" of this tool and how we use it in a more custom way to get the results we are looking for and also how to share the data with hiring managers, and incorporate our learning into the interview process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduced cycle time to hire. More qualitative data on who is the "best fix" and "qualified candidate" for a specific position.
