Robust System with Many Opportunities to Customize to Your Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Powerful system to take you through the entire recruiting and onboarding process. Integrations for most any need and with some configuration, a lot of reporting capabilities. Relatively user-friendly from an admin perspective if you're techologically inclined. We live in iCIMS every day to provide our candidates a seamless recruiting experience. Our account team provides tremendous support and the chat feature and recent advancements in the self-service capabilities has been a big win!
What do you dislike about the product?
Newer features lack some customization abilities when it comes to notification functions, but with iCIMS' openess to implementing customer feedback this could ultimately shift. Some reporting functions are difficult due to the partioning of information in the system requiring manipulation of data outside of the system to bring reports together to tell the full story. Working with support can be laborious at times even with tasks that should be pretty straightforward and sometimes I just wish I could take care of the issue myself, but don't have the access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recent conversations around automization will help tremendously to streamline our current processes. Integrations with Teams and Outlook are providing more efficient processes around interview feedback and scheduling.

I wish all of the add-ons did not cost more and were included in the ATS package

we just use it as an ATS internally, we do not have any of the add ons

Icims talent clouyd offers organizations a powerful and comprehensive solution for talent acquisition and managemnet, improving efficiency,candidate experience and data driven decision-making.

The only downside is for someone to get familiar with the tool which is not excatly downside as every tool requires one to be familiar with to explore more usability.

It provides a comprehensive suite of tools and features to attract ,engage and hire top talent .It offers modern and intuitive ATS ,job distribution capabilities and advanced candidate screening tools.It focuses on delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout recruitment process.It enablkes organizations to create branded career sites, personalize communication with candidates and provide a seamleszs application and interview experience.

Its solving the amount of time needed to process.
Easy to find talent information
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to easily search for candidates, download their resumes, find application information, and see what roles they have applied to.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some parts of the website that could be easier to use. For example, the section that shows activity is so small, it would nice to be able to expand this section to see the candidates information. In addition, HR candidates are able to see all roles, including roles they have applied to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage the HR campus program and have hundreds of applicants apply for roles. I am able to easily search for a candidate and find relevant information to see if a candidate is qualified for an interview.
I Can Use ICIMS From Anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
ICIM is very helpful in terms of efficient operations. I like how it moves applicants and new hires through our hiring process for onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Steps to complete the hiring process are not always intuative. It would be nice to have easily accessble links based on the step you are in, and/or chat for quck help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can use ICIMS from anywhere.

I dont thing there is any thing about the system that i dislike.

this system solves more problems then is easily captured. we use this system for our full lifecycle of recruiting and onboarding

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to configure the system to your specific needs without having to request assistance. If you do have to request assistance, the iCIMS support team is very quick to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about the system. Anything that I would like to see is sent in for a suggestion and considered by the products team. My account rep is also very communicative and easily explains products that we do not currently utilize that fit our requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us streamline and automate our system. It has given time back to our recruitment team where they are able to focus on sourcing and conversing vs manually completing tasks. The integrations with job boards is a large time saver and the automation of the system is very helpful.
