What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to make notes on candidates because I work in a very high volume facility so it helps me remember certain details that are very important. I also love how easy it is to get a snapshot of my day using the dashboard for interviews, candidates with active offers, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somtimes candidates call me and leave a voicemail and I can't hear their name very well and I am unable to look them up by phone number. Many times they repeat the phone number, but not their last name/spelling which can be difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
iCIMS helps me keep all of my candidates organized and I LOVE the texting feature as well as many people prefer to communicate that way.

What do you like best about the product?
From the moment I first implemented iCIMS into my company's workflow, it has consistently surpassed my expectations, and for that, I owe it a heartfelt review!

iCIMS isn't just a piece of recruitment software, but an essential tool that has thoroughly transformed our recruiting processes. It is a comprehensive suite, proficiently managing our entire talent acquisition process, from sourcing and recruiting to onboarding new hires.

One of the outstanding features that iCIMS offers is its excellent configurability. The platform is incredibly versatile and flexible, accommodating our unique business needs effortlessly. It can adapt and align with the evolving requirements of our organization, no matter how big or small. As such, we are no longer forced to fit our processes into the software; instead, the software shapes itself to us, making the experience truly custom.

The user interface is another point of praise. iCIMS' UI is easy to navigate and is visually appealing, providing an excellent user experience for our recruiters and hiring managers. The accessibility and ease of use significantly reduce the learning curve for new users, enabling them to get up to speed quickly.

Moreover, iCIMS delivers a seamless candidate experience. With its candidate relationship management capabilities, it enables us to provide a personalized, engaging experience for job seekers. It significantly reduces friction points in the application process, boosting our candidate conversion rates and enhancing our employer brand.

The reporting features are also phenomenal. The depth of analytics and data it provides allows us to optimize our recruitment strategies continually. It gives a clear and comprehensive view of our hiring funnel, helping us identify bottlenecks and make data-driven decisions.

Support and customer service have been fantastic. The iCIMS team is readily available, and they are incredibly helpful whenever we have had questions or required assistance. The ongoing training and resources they provide have been invaluable in ensuring we're maximizing the software's potential.

Lastly, the integrations! iCIMS integrates seamlessly with our other HR tech stack, which has drastically improved our overall efficiency. It feels like it was specifically designed to work with our systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
To begin, the interface of iCIMS, while quite detailed, can be overwhelming. With so many features, options, and tools, navigation can become confusing, particularly for newer users. This complexity often results in a steep learning curve, detracting from the otherwise seamless experience that one might expect from a platform of this caliber.

Further, the customizability of the software, while a boon in certain scenarios, can sometimes add to the confusion. The fact that iCIMS allows extensive configuration means that setting up the platform can be a painstaking and time-consuming process, often requiring assistance from their technical team.

Performance-wise, I've encountered occasional glitches and slow loading times. These may seem minor but they can interrupt the recruitment process, causing some degree of frustration, especially during busy recruiting periods.

iCIMS has transformed our company's hiring process by replacing the complexities of traditional recruitment mechanisms with its elegant simplicity and high efficiency. It has not only streamlined the process but has also enabled us to redefine our hiring strategies.
At the outset, iCIMS's comprehensive talent acquisition platform has proven to be a powerful tool in centralizing our hiring process. By consolidating disparate recruitment methods into one accessible and intuitive system, iCIMS has eliminated redundancies and saved our team significant time and effort.

The cost associated with running more scripts into iCIMs.

it is very user friendly and can be retrieved anywhere, not just on desktop
What do you dislike about the product?
need search function to be a bit more easier to use, more like a "google" search bar or "indeed" search bar

able to text and create templates and of course, able to retrieve information on mobile phones, ipads not just desktop

I like the customization of each module on a systems level as well as a user level

The inability to have direct contact with ICIMS support to access customizable options we have access to

Icims Talent Cloud helps reduce time, reporting questions and reduces the need to keep notes since the platform tracks your candidates progress in the pipeline and obnboarding

Great tool for quick references

What do you like best about the product?
Skill Survey has helped us reduce the time it takes references dramatically. We generally can complete three references within 2-3 days, sometimes as quickly as one day.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a little practice to fully understand the report summaries from the references and what all the information means.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reference are generally done faster and frees up time to do other things because you do not need to make phone calls. All lowers your time to hire rate due to faster reference checks.

What do you like best about the product?
The customization has been a long time benefit to using Icims compared to other tools! The knowledge of their team members is a nice blend to help my team understand best practices while also understanding how to optimize the tools!
What do you dislike about the product?
As additional functionality becomes available, fees can add up when we evaluate all the great resources Icims can offer us to attract great talent!

One stop shop for our recruiters to manage active and passive talent!

The talent cloud has been a seamless integration within our company. The implementation phase has so much support and we are so excited to get fully integrated with the cloud!

No automated disposition statuses, we would like to have the status automatically updated

It seems like it will automate our manual tasks and free up a bunch of our time!

What do you like best about the product?
I've really liked the information that we have been able to pull from the cloud. The new tasks that are being completed are amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not disliked anything. Everything has been very informative and really thrilling to be a part of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far they have been solving our pull for candidates that we need going back to be able to see people we haven't talked to.
