What do you dislike about the product?
The transaction ID format is non-compatible with excel format. Gupshup should look into changing the format.

Excellent tool to providing customer satisfaction via chat on whatsapp.
What do you like best about the product?
At one time, we can provide the resolution to multiple customers. It is a very easy tool to provide customer satisfaction. Also, we can fetch our reports in the tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer receive a poke automatically when she/he not replied in 2 minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Gupshup's sms service, which is helpful for service communication. I also used it for our customers in HCL Healthcare.
Gupshup is a legacy tool. It is not that modern on UI basis.

Easy to send messages, gets approval faster.

The data analytics tool of Gupshup, is not easy to use.

Bulk marketing messages are better in Gupshup but the failure rate is high.
Best & Reliable WhatsApp API Integration Tool In The Market
What do you like best about the product?
The API integration of WhatsApp was easy & flawless. The customer support team is one of the best, as they help you at the points where you get stuck. The platform costing and the WhatsApp sms costing are very efficient and will surely help new startups like us. Highly recommended.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has been no issue to complain till now. My only suggestion is once the WhatsApp template is not approved, we need some detailed communication as to why it has been rejected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WhatsApp communication is lately what customers prefer over SMS communication. We use both, but since we have integrated WhatsApp, the conversion rate, as well as the user retention rate, has gone up by almost 20%. And this is a game changer, at least for us.

We are using sms service through gupshup, easy to oprate, many time the sms related guidelines changed and Gupshup team helped us to work according to that. Good service.

there is nothing which i dislike , i have a feedback for their dashboard thing,

We are using sms service from gupshup and this help a lot in our service communication. we also used it for promotional sms campaigns for self and our clients.
Its a good tool with a bad interface

Easy to use, can handle bulk messaging. SMS, WhatsApp, etc.

The interface is not user-friendly. it's a bit hard to use.

What do you like best about the product?
There's never any time when I've heard a no from my sales PoC. Whatever customizations are required, the PoC ensures that the same is getting done. Over and above this, I admire the team's willingness to consistently deliver above and beyond what is asked and take up even last-minute requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Timely completion of the work is the only place where I felt things could have been better. For the project at least, where we collaborated, deadlines were pushed a lot, which sort of affected our go-live plans twice. Hope the same gets better in the coming time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing an excellent platform for a pitch-perfect Customer Support System and building the next-level conversational commerce medium is the crucial problem that Gupshup is solving for us. We already had some systems in place, but the kind of capabilities which Gupshup is building for us will make the overall design even better.
