What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to send SMS communication to customers. and the analytical part is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard should be more better. everything else is good

Creating SMS campaigns for users. and closely monitoring the metrics

What do you like best about the product?
1. SMS services are affordable, convenient, and easy to use
2. I get the best customer support from the account manager and support team
3. Secure multiple logins with 2FA enabled
4. Seemless and speedy account opening process
5. Can easily add the new templates from DLT
What do you dislike about the product?
1. The UI of Gupshup is still like an old fashion type which can be improved a lot for better visual and user experience
2. We need multiple logins for different types of messages
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. I am getting the best support if I face any issues while using the platform or need training their team is available
2. It is cost-efficient so we can think about customer acquisition than the cost

Whatsapp API Tool, Easy to Register Fast & Very Reliable

What do you like best about the product?
The registration process is very Simple and Explanatory, The best part is it was super quick to get the API and templates Approved from Whatsapp. Rates are super cheap too
Definitely recommended for Small Business
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, haven't had any issue with the tool as of now. Just a suggestion to have support available on chat, although they are responsive over email. An option to add credit card should also be available
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whatsapp communication with our new and existing customers, Like order, Placed Alert message, shipped and Abandon cart messages.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure the whatsapp number you use is not registered on Whatsapp business or a new number. And your Facebook Business page is verified

What do you like best about the product?
Gupshup isn't always the easiest to use, but what's made it stand out has been the ability to link bots together rather than creating massive blocks - as well as their limitless program integration and code possibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not necessarily user-friendly, but no platforms are that I've seen other than ManyChat - and none provide the functionality to both experts and beginners that Gupshup does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to sell bots more complicated and reusable than those made with Chatfuel, and the ability to show that to clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check it out if you're in between Chatfuel/Manychat and Dialogflow. Or if you're more advanced that that. It's good.
