Pretty good - functioning with out any issues except few glitches in SMS
What do you like best about the product?
Seamless API integration and support available during issues from RM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email and WhatsApp work fine - but they should allow new companies to start with a verified business account in WhatsApp (displaying the company name) - while I understand its controlled by Facebook, being their top partner in India, they should convince them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They help us with multiple-channel support.

What do you like best about the product?
Gupshup has an ecosystem for both SMS and WhatsApp, that is helpful. Help from the account manager is available quite on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, we faced issues in the following -
1. WhatsApp - Hassle in getting WhatsApp account created; TAT is high; the WhatsApp bot-development team is not experienced and reluctant to meet any new requirement that comes; we had to take production back into our hands because of the team's competence and attitude.
2. SMS - We are facing issue in sending out the SMS successfully.
3. Too many platforms for both SMS & WhatsApp.

I was trying more than 19 times for sales quotation but no responsibility from his sales team side

1. SMS service is good . Hight throttle limit of messages.

1. WhatsApp service is OK. At times they don't give accurate reasons for the failure of delivery of WhatsApp messages.

1. One of the good SMS & WhatsApp service provider in the market. You can use their service to send promotional & transactional WhatsApp & SMS messages

It's a decent platform for WhatsApp & SMS but there is a scope for improvement in its support services.

The very simple integration by rest apis on every platform because no need to do different type of implementation you can do the same implementation for different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
First of all they are not having any free plan and another one is slow support system they can take some time in your every query on support at the time of implementation.

There are much development required to implement the WhatsApp support system of our application but gapshup resolved that problem and we can implement the WhatsApp support system easily for any app at very minimal cost. This is a very best user engagement tool.

If you want to implement a very quick chat boat in your project then you can start with gupshup they are the best in this category.

Whatsapp API Tool, Easy to Register Fast & Very Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
The registration process is very Simple and Explanatory, The best part is it was super quick to get the API and templates Approved from Whatsapp. Rates are super cheap too

What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, haven't had any issue with the tool as of now. Just a suggestion to have support available on chat, although they are responsive over email. An option to add credit card should also be available

Whatsapp communication with our new and existing customers, Like order, Placed Alert message, shipped and Abandon cart messages.

Make sure the whatsapp number you use is not registered on Whatsapp business or a new number. And your Facebook Business page is verified
