What do you like best about the product?
The ability to control our fleet of mobile devices and computers. The management commands and configuration profiles let us control things easily

Ebooks seem to be buggy from the app store

Locking down devices that have not been returned. Seeing when the devices last communicated to the system so we can track them. And overall management

Easy to use and implement. Makes managing hundreds of devices easily and quickly.

Documentation was a downfall, but has greatly got better

Super easy to learn and use. The UI is amazing.

No dislikes as of right now and hope it stays that way :)

Zero touch deployment is for sure the best part about jamf and is making the onboarding experience fast and easy
Jamf is a fast and easy way to Apple devices.

The granularity of Jamf Pro or ease of use with Jamf School there is an option for every need.

Sometimes the support responce can be delayed during a critical issue.

Device enrollment, app and OS patching and device and app managment.
We use Jamf Protect at a few of our customers.
What do you like best about the product?
To have the possibility detect and prevent security risks. Also the easy deployment with Jamf Pro is a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
To have all the security options you have to also go to the Radar Portal which is a little bit more time consuming than to rather have one console.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To have f.e. the oppurtunity to apply USB Restrictions and to monitor CIS Benchmarks and other security components. It benefits the trust of the managements to the users and that we can monitor compliance of the fleet.
Great Apple MDM
What do you like best about the product?
Jamf Pro is the best MDM out there that I've used for managing Apple devices. They always have same-day support for new OS versions and quickly add new features based on them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't have the greatest mobile interface, especially on smart phones. It works better on tablets, though. There are some quirks (as with everything). Also, some bugs that don't get fixed as quickly as they could, but anything critical is fixed promptly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jamf is great for integrating with other products. With it's API, our security team is able to use Splunk to create various dashboards monitoring a machine's compliance against our standards.
JAMF Pro and how it makes my life managing Mac's easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Ive been using JAMF for over 10 years now! Its simple. .. easy to understand.. provides me with the best way to managed macOS and IOS devices in my org with ease!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a simply link in a policy or search bar on the main dash board to look for polices or script instead of needing to do multiple clicks to get to polcies or scripts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the ability to managed at scale the large amount of mac's that my company has! We have thousands of mac globaly and without JAMF .. there would be no way we can manged them all..
