Jamf Pro is Simply The Best MDM
What do you like best about the product?
Automations, scripting, package deployment, everything is very fine tuned.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jamf Cloud is pretty expensive. Jamf still offers on-premises licensing, but it feels like it's going away soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asset protection, package deployment, scripting, etc

What do you like best about the product?
The ability and ease to setup our macs... JAMF has made is a monumental different on our institution sets up our macs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the process of setting apps in policy could be simplifed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inventory -- and all-out management of Univerity owned Mac clients.
Jamf Pro has saved me so much time managing devices for our company.

Jamf pro does an amazing job managing Macs, iPads, & iPhones in professional environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimesfeature requests take time to implement mostly due to Apple restrictions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can quicky deploy apps and block certain features on ipads and macs. make managing work environments very easy.

Granular configuration profiles, good reporting options, devices configure quickly.

It's more expensive than other solutions.

Management of a wide variety of uses and security requirements.
Best MDM for Macs!
What do you like best about the product?
JAMF Pro has been a fantastic product for managing our Macs. We initially tried using Intune, which everyone knows isn't really there for macOS. JAMF blows it out of the water. We have yet to come across a deployment need that we haven't been able to accomplish with JAMF. The reporting features are great, and the smart group filters make groups a breeze. We've also never encountered downtime or service disruptions; their reliability is outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel there's a relatively steep learning curve with JAMF Pro, but that's because of all features and possibilities. There are definitely multiple ways of doing different things, so figuring out what works can be challenging sometimes. It's really only a slight downside when you figure most things have different ways of accomplishing the same task. It's all about what works in your environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to quickly and easily setup/deploy and manage our macOS devices. Before JAMF, we were mostly setting up all Macs by hand and only had some basic restrictions in place with local config profiles. It's made our workflow faster, simpler, and provides better control and security.

What do you like best about the product?
Jamf Pro simplifies management of computers and devices. Jamf Protect is a seamless internet security product with no security "allows" following installation. Jamf Connect smooths out user login, password syncing, and mounting of local file shares. The Jamf suite siimplifies all aspects of Apple computer and device management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jamf has a learning curve, but support is with you through every step.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jamf solves remote management issues and helps us keep devices and computers up to date.
Best Product for Mac Deployment been using it in a top company for years
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and dependable - love the self service interface so easy to get users to fix their own computers without having to call the help desk. Its the best on the market by far.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing its perfect great support, great product great partnership with the customer to solve issues. I will it worked with Windows I would love to have one platform for both
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it solves all deployment for Mac and Self Service - Great and easy interface that requires no real training for the customer click and go its awesome and easy for Admins and users

What do you like best about the product?
Jamf is undoubtedly the best mobile device management platform for Apple products. Configuration and profile management is a breeze with Jamf, and my favorite is the high customizability.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything negative to say about Jamf. It does what it is supposed to, and it does it well. If I had to choose something, I would say that I would like to see a better experience when it comes to class rosters coming in from Apple School Manager. It would be nice to view all classes and have them as automatic smart groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jamf solves the process of getting the correct configurations and apps to the right people. Setting this up is a breeze and makes administering several thousand iPads easier.
Jamf is the only option for managing Apple devices.
What do you like best about the product?
Granularity. Speed. Support is second to none.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest there really isn't much I don't like, pretty much everything is great about Jamf. The things I don't like are generally Apple related.

Jamf makes it extremely easy to manage our apple devices and deploy apps/configuration profiles/etc.
Best in Class Apple Device Management
What do you like best about the product?
It's very userfriendly, takes seriously security on Apple devices, and has zero day support for all Apple OS's
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel as though no attention has been paid to certain features over the years, like Site. Would love to see more integrated into Jamf without API scripting or ways to call the API without credentials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily scale from 100 to 10,000 devices, and automated enrollments and pre-stages saves us time provisioning each machine and a better user experience with Self Service.
