JAMF is the best MDM for anything Apple
What do you like best about the product?
Over the years JAMF has always added improvements to their product. If I ever need help the support team is always available to answer my questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish JAMF's website would work better on mobile devices
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JAMF helps us get to zero touch deployment. This results in a nice end user experience
Jamf Pro is Great!
What do you like best about the product?
Jamf Pro has been an incredible asset to our IT infrastructure. Everything is instant and efficient. I use Jamf extensively and hear great feedback from our end-users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I tend to run into (which may be an Apple issue more than Jamf) is pending licenses when deploying apps via the Apple volume purchasing program. Jamf has always been very helpful in assisting when I call regarding this issue!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned above, the Apple volume purchasing program sometimes delaying deployment of newly acquired apps.
Jamf makes it super simple for anyone to help others.
What do you like best about the product?
An MDM is an MDM. They are typically all universally interchangable. However, if you exclusively use Apple devices, Jamf is a beast. Near-day zero feature adoption is why I would choose Jamf.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unless you can find an answer to a question in Jamf Nation, finding solutions to tough questions or troubleshooting issues is challenging. However, Jamf is closing that gap with Mac Admin Slack channels and their Jamf Heroes program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can create groups, policies, blueprints, etc., to push solutions to our various groups of users within our organization.
Amazing product
What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly easy management of Apple devices!
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a decent learning curve since many things can be done in multiple ways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Securing a part of our environment that was always unmanaged.
Jamf Pro
What do you like best about the product?
Jamf Pro allows me to manage a fleet of 600+ Apple device myself. Amazing technology. Highly recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Apple servers can sometimes be slow and that will slow down updates in Jamf.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Don't need to hire extra support engineers to update or upgrade devices.
Jamf Pro just works.

Easy management of the devices and settings that we require. Reporting is a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how complicated it is to connect to intune/azure

Jamf gives us the ability to manage apple devices without impacting the user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have many great products but it can be confusing to know what you need. There are different prices for iOS vs Marcos. Wish they would just count as a device.

We have leveraged multi user devices and patching and application deployment.
The best platform for Mac management
What do you like best about the product?
The community of admins and tech support make it so much easier to use. Their tech support is prompt knowledgeable and friendly. Their tech training is comprehensive and well thought out. It excels in keeping things managed and patched.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are features that I find are lacking but, they seem willing to change and in recent years some of those lacking features are being added more and more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security patching monitoring and inventory are all huge benefits to our team. The ability to address problems and introduce new software to our Mac fleet is spectacular.
Makes My Life Easier
What do you like best about the product?
Jamf Pro helps us zero-touch deploy iPads at each property. We just started using it for Apple TV's too!
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like each type of device to do to a default configuration profile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jamf Pro let's us deploy a device straight from Apple with their free shipping rather than wasting it on shipping it to us to just ship it to the property!
