Easy to understand and attentive support.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and interface. I like how easy it is to manage several locations for multiple brands.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are sometimes glitches with the social links and updating groupings can sometimes be difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to manage multiple locations for several brands in an organized way.

Personal Social Media Assistant!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how SoCi helps me save time. I am a one person office and I do not have time to post as much on social media as needed. There are so many features. I haven't even had a chance to tap all in. SoCi is a life saver!
What do you dislike about the product?
I just wished it "looked" a little more pleasing to the eye. It can get a little overwhelming sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling my posts when I have no time to do that daily.
I love SOCi. It is simple to use and very effective.

The ease of using the product. I love having my reviews and calendar at my fingertips!

Nothing, really. I can't find anything I would complain about.

SOCi makes it easy to keep up and respond to reviews easily as well as post on our social media platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has allowed us to better localize content across all of our locations. It is easy to add new users, user-friendly, and has seriously simplified my ability to involve local users in our social media. The implementation process was phenomenal. I received detailed directions at every step, and every questions was answered quickly and thoroughly. Submitting tickets for support is easy, and their response time is always quick. I use this platform every day, and it has genuinely made a difference in the ease of social, listings, and reviews for my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like all software, SOCi does have its issues and glitches. Sometimes pages disconnect from the account, or I receive an error when trying to schedule social content. Truthfully, I don't have a lot of bad things to say about it even with that. They notify promptly of any problems, and I've never seen something be an issues for longer than a day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem SOCi is solving for me is making is easy to localize content. I can create a post one time, drop in dynamic content for each location's specific information, then schedule it to all locations. Additionally, managing listings has never been easier. Being able to update all cover photos at once saves me at least an hour of manually switching in and out of pages on Facebook. Updating hours in one place on SOCi and it carrying to all of our listings saves hours of time. The ability to create templates for responding to messages, comments, and reviews has cut our response time in half.
One Stop Shop for Social Media
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi makes it very easy to track everything related to social media. The dashboard shows live metrics and the scheduler to plan posts ahead of time. It makes life so much easier I don't have to stress about anything for my business when it comes to social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm sometimes unable to post multiple pictures on some channels but overall a great platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes plannig and tracking social media marketing efforts easy and carefree. This free's up time to focus on sales and customer satisfaction.

The ability to read/respond to all comments and reviews all in one place.

It would be nice to have the ability to report inappropriate/spam reviews and comments from the program

I like being able to review all the upcoming posts as well as schedule my own all in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Aside from some challenges we had getting our accounts all connected and the correct authorized users enabled, there's not much to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to constantly generate social media content is not something I excel at so having this service takes care of all of that for me!

What do you like best about the product?
SOCI has proven an outstanding partner for managing our company's online presence and reputation. Their review and company directory listing services have been top-notch, significantly enhancing our visibility and credibility. Overall, SOCI has exceeded our expectations, and we recommend its services to any business looking to strengthen its online presence.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint is that the pricing is very high. Otherwise, this is a great product for large companies or franchises.

Solving the many direct listings across several services makes it an easy management tool to keep our company location addresses, phone numbers, etc, updated with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
As my title suggests, the convenince of having all of my SM sites, for all of my comunities in one place is a huge time savor!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve to the program and understanding it's features, but I know the more I use & interact, the easier it will become as a user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Timesavings- having all SM sources located on one platform!
