What do you like best about the product?
SOCI has all of the social media in one place so you can design 1 ad or message and place it to all at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
If it was easier to post past posts again, that would make it more convenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating on multiple social media platforms at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
it’s not time-consuming and is easy to manage. Set it and forget it features
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes at this time. I would like to see some less fluffy posts to help incorporate such as the ability to add the personal touch of family photos with the Comparion brand
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management. Its helping to make sure my feeds are being generated automatically in case I am not available or busy. Keeps my posts and pages in front of people on a regular basis.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to set posts at future dates and times makes all the difference in busy times, or when you have a thought, time to post, but need it on a different day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only syncs to business Instagram pages. It would be great if it would also sync to personal pages as not everyone uses business pages
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI gives me time back when I am running short.

What do you like best about the product?
Our head office handles our advertising content and I use Soci to review what they plan to post before it is posted. This allows me to change and tweak what they have done without having to contact them. It also makes it so I don't receive a ton of emails about ads.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far Soci has been exactly what we needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci allows me to quickly review ad content and approve or change as needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Soci is great for scheduling posts on multiple platforms at once. My company uses Soci on a daily basis to ensure that our posts are scheduled for the month. Soci is also very easy to use when responding to negative and positive reviews. Their customer service is awesome and very easy to work with!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that reels could be posted on Soci.

Soci helps with posting content to all platforms at once rather than doing it manually.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use SOCi, making it straightforward to set up and select features. It efficiently frees up my time by allowing me to answer more customer reviews promptly. I find having all reviews centralized in one place extremely beneficial for my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the app interface could be better.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it is to schedule to all accounts, and how it gives previews for how it will look on Facebook and Instagram. It also helps incorporate photo collages or posters that have been made on canva.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do feel it is more difficult to add hashtags and to add companies or rescues that we also want to recognize in posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes scheduling to multiple social media accounts much easier, and gives previews so you can be sure your post looks how you intended. It also allows you to easily move or adjust pictures so they look how your would like on your posts.

What do you like best about the product?
Before using SOCi, managing the online presence for my PJ’s Coffee location meant juggling several platforms separately, which was overwhelming and time-consuming. Now, everything from scheduling posts to tracking reviews is streamlined into one place, which has made a huge difference for us. I can plan ahead and schedule posts across all of our social media platforms at once, keeping our content consistent and on-brand, whether we’re highlighting a new seasonal drink or promoting community events.

It’s also been a big help in staying connected with our customers—review monitoring and quick responses let us engage with our community in real time, while the reporting tools give us clear insight into what’s resonating. Having all of this organized through one dashboard allows me to focus more on growing our PJ’s Coffee shop and creating meaningful experiences for our guests, knowing our digital presence is being managed effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tagging ability for posts is somewhat limited, which makes it harder to maximize engagement when scheduling across platforms. The dashboard, while functional, does feel a little outdated compared to other marketing tools, and it can be clunky to navigate at times. We’ve also experienced occasional glitches with the mobile app, which can be frustrating when trying to make quick updates on the go.
