What do you like best about the product?
I like SOCi for its ease of use, which makes it simple to navigate and manage. I also appreciate that they create great responses, assisting me in maintaining a positive online presence. The initial setup was hassle-free, making the transition smooth.

Easy Scheduling for Automated Posting
What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling features are easy to setup for automated posting.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven’t found anything about the platform to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to schedule my social media posts separately would be extremely time consuming and resource intensive. SOCi eliminates that problem and makes social medial advertising easy and quick.
Flexible Scheduling, But Needs Enhancements
What do you like best about the product?
I like that SOCi allows me to schedule posts far in advance and customize posts to the platforms I use. I'm not limited on the time frame for my posts, which is great because it gives me the option to do a whole month's worth of posts if I'm in the mood. I also appreciate that I can connect multiple platforms to SOCi, making it easier to manage all my business social media pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to connect my Facebook groups to SOCi and be able to schedule posts for them too. I also would like the formatting to transfer better. Sometimes the entire content isn't uploaded when posted to my page. I also would like to be able to edit a post on SOCi even after it's published, right now that is not working. Having more variety of content and having the premade posts and images not be reused (this happens a lot). If I delete a post I would prefer them not to keep trying to add it back to the schedule either. Also, I would prefer the boosted posts be chosen by me and not only be restricted to the posts of TLN promoting themselves. It would be nice to not have to give full access to SOCi to be eligible for boosted content as well. The setup was a little difficult as I was sent emails with conflicting information regarding boosted content. If SOCi could be more clear on policies and put them in easy-to-understand verbiage, that would be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi lets me schedule posts well in advance without a time frame limit and customize them per platform. It offers flexibility over Meta, allowing me to handle a month's worth of posts when I'm in the mood.
Effortless Communication Made Fun
What do you like best about the product?
I use SOCi for my apartment complex activities, and I appreciate how it simplifies communicating with people. We no longer need to send out a million different newsletters or emails, which is a big relief. The ease of use is fantastic; it's not only easy but also kind of fun. I love that I don't have to fuss about picking a date or time—just click the calendar, click the day, select the time, and post. Overall, the transition to using SOCi from doing everything ourselves has made things less messy.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have two apartments to take care of, and as far as I can see, we have to use two different SOCi accounts. Merging would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi simplifies communication for my apartment complex by reducing the need for multiple newsletters or emails. It's also easy and fun to use, letting me easily schedule posts with a few clicks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the posts that SOCi suggests to me and the numerous posts available.

It was a bit long, for my part it didn't work the first time but now it works.

With SOCi, I no longer have to make posts even on my days off. I like the posts it suggests to me and the many posts available.

I love that SOCi makes it possible to post everything at the same time, which really helps with Instagram posts. Everything about the platform is perfect, and I enjoy being able to upload and post efficiently.

I love that SOCi saves me time when planning my social calendar because I can schedule posts a month in advance. Initially, I wasn't a fan, but now I love it and would like to experiment with how well it would work on my personal platforms if that's an option. The initial setup was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that if a video is already uploaded, I can't download it the way I can with other images and posts. I sometimes do this so I can add it into the calendar again but select a different social platform for it to be posted on. Also, I'm unsure if I can use SOCi for my personal page, which would be great to know.

SOCI solves the challenge of scheduling all of our social media content and makes it easy to respond to comments, reviews, and more. They also offer a mobile app, so I can post or schedule content while I’m on the go.
Super Easy to Use with Helpful Pre-Generated Responses
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is so easy to use! The already generated responses are super helpful and make it quick and easy to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to find where the newest reviews are but maybe I'm just not used to it get!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the issue of not knowing how or what to say when someone leaves a review. It's nice being able to pick a response for both positive and negative reviews. These responses sound professional as well.
