Fantastic Resource

What do you like best about the product?
Soci does all of the work for you to keep activity going on multiple social media outlets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not see any downside to Soci other than maybe the diversity of ads at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves my problem of spending ample amount of time just to keep my social media page active.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to post to multiple social media account without having to make individual posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The approval process and coding for posts are hard to understand.

Posting the same post to all social media accounts wihtout creating individual posts.

What do you like best about the product?
the visual display of what we have ready to go out, what we have pending approval from media staff, ability to link google with FB and IG posts
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning a new application or software is always frustrating - that is not a knock to SOCI though, truly no complaints
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
cross platform posting is very beneficial and cuts back a lot of time. Other staff can get there hands in this side of business easier than giving ADMIN access to our FB account - google listing etc

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to post 1 time and the post is fed to multiple social media platforms, the image library can be seen by all agents and the SOCI professionals are familiar FB policies and guidelines to ensure advertising violations are less likely to occur. The very BEST feature is the ability to schedule out posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if the notifcation and alert features were emailed to all registered associates so that reviews and messages could be responded to efficiently.

Post scheduler really helps to plan ahead.

The least helpful thing is the layout. It can be tricky at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of posting daily, we can make all the posts for the month in one go and then continue to get other things done.

What do you dislike about the product?
SOCI's 'Discovery' tab lacks captivating and relevant content for our industry, and the mobile app is subpar. However, these drawbacks are minimal compared to the platform's overall benefits.

SOCI streamlines social media, ensures brand consistency, and manages online reputation effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
The SOCi team has always been very helpful and knowledgeable on the subjust of listing and reputation management. Whether I contact our representative directly or use their support system I receive a quick response that addresses my needs. SOCi also has plenty of tools so we can continue to grow with the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customers of my company can leverage the SOCi service through our franchise program. These business owners often do not understand what the service will do for them and the process to get connected can be combersome. The problem is not all on SOCi as Google has specific requirements for how listings have to be handled. Maybe more training and field representation would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi's position as Google partner allows them to offer the latest tools to strengthen the online presense of our stores.
