What do you like best about the product?
The calendar/planning tool is our favorite function. This helps us to plan out the days and make sure that proper content is selected for each day/week/month. This also helps us ensure that days are not missed and saves us time in uploading our posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now we don't have any issues with SOCi. It provides us with all the help we need and if we have problems, SOCi support helps us troubleshoot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi has helped the most with time management. It is so much easier to spend time planning out posts for the next month at one time instead of posting to each platform separately each day.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCI is very useful. It allows me to schedule my post and not have to worry if the post will go out on time and in the manner its needed. I really like the interface and how easily it is to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to say about my dislikes of this platform. I enjoy it and how easy it is to navigate—no complaints about it and or its uses. I really can't find a dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed us not to worry about our social media posting and all that comes with that. I can get them scheduled and planned out thoroughly once a week

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to be able to schedule posts and create group posts. I appreciate the recent enhancements of being able to add links to GMB posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been some issues with posts not going up as scheduled and error messages with GMB sizing however the sizing is what the specs for GMB are.

Some additional enhancement that would be helpful. Easily be able duplicate a post you already posted and schedule for another day with a few enhancements.
Access posts across other groups
Way to easily be able to edit posts after they have posted to make changes or be able to do a full recall if you need to take a post down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Company has many Facebook, Google My Business, and Instagram pages and this simplifies the ability to post and create groups to create efficiency with our social media posting all in one place.

Easy to use, and you can plan things out well into the future, so you're not always spending your valuable time with social media posts.

A lot of information can be found here... so maybe a bit more streamlined in that sense.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to view and easily edit my social posts in an organized fashion. It helps that everything is easy to find, and scheduling my posts is a breeze. I also like the Canva extension.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I delete a scheduled post in order to add or leave another for the same day; It will sometimes still post through on my Facebook, Instagram, or Google My Business. Also it would be incredible to add a "Call Now Button" switch for Google My Business (GMB), so as to prevent posts from being rejected when posting on GMB. This is because you are not allowed to post a phone number in the description of any posts associated with GMB.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have the ability to plan ahead with my posts. It gives me the ability to schedule out what message I want my business to say, and keep my brand consistant, and my client communications steady. Being Top of Mind is the goal, and this helps assist with this.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to post through different times of the day at first (when first using). This way you can then optimize your peak time posts to broaden your reach of potential clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to schedule posts on both GMB and FB at the same time. I am registered as "joe central"
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes content is not appropriate for us, so we must monitor it regularly in order to delete it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a good time management and organizational tool to schedule future posts 30 days in adviance.

Easy to use to schedule posts for GMB and FB. User friendly.
