AI responses to reviews is excellent. It has been a game changer.

What do you like best about the product?
They make scheduling and proofing social media posts simple and easy. It's easy to see what is going to be posted and what has been posted. It's the closest thing to autopilot for social media that I've found
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the interfaces are a little clunky--but it's that way with any new program or service that you're using until you are able to figure out how to navigate their menus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They enable me to sit down and make all of my social media posts for the entire month--no more logging in every day--everything can be schedule for the day and time of my choosing.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCI has simplified Monday mornings for me by aggregating all feedback, positive and negative, from various platforms into one accessible location. Sayonara, Monday blues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've not had any issues using SOCI, so it's hard to say what I dislike. I do think it could be made a little simpler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have to monitor multiple platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Very cookie cutter, not a whole lot of nuance
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs more automation and ability to seamlessly integrate with other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Me not having to do anything except setting up posts and it automatically schedules them for me.

I do not like how easy it is for centers to become unlinked.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the user-frienfly interface. I can search previous posts with ease and post to my linked account instantaneously. So far, I haven't tried to do something SOCI wasn't capable of. I'm a big fan!
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about SOCI is barely worth mentioning. The only issue I have had is on a rare occassion my post takes a while to make it to the platforms despite SOCI telling me it is published.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love being able to post to multiple platforms without having to sign in to each of them and write seperate posts. I write one post and publish it to all my platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
We like SOCI because it helps the marketing team plan and lay out any of our content to integrate it to different platforms, making it easy to get out promos and information.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that we do not like about using SOCi
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed us to have equal platform listings and allowed us to reach a larger group.

Calendar and to schedule. The library with the tags.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot create a post and story at the same time.

Makes it easier to cross post. And create a plan for a month+ at a time.
