What do you like best about the product?
- easy access
- like the scheduling aspect, save a lot of time
- convenient
- user friendly
- easy integration so far
What do you dislike about the product?
-interface is sometimes finicky
- have had issues entering business information (hours, etc...)
-mobile app would be nice
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- it saves me times in doing social media posts
- if I want to personalize my posts I already have a starting point

What do you like best about the product?
It allows you to post to various social media outlets from one location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of yet. Haven't had any issues. Had one and it was resolved with posting to TikTok

Time management. It allows me the opportunity to post to all my socila media platforms at once.

Easy to manage multiple properties!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can pull reports and manage multiple accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deleting or editing a post that has already been published - you still have to go to native to take care of this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking away the time suck of logging into multiple profiles and posting to each individually.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCI is such a great product and App. I love that I can schedule my posts and can see what my team schedules to be posted.
What do you dislike about the product?
My photos are corrupted on my device when I use the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily outlook of what is being posted through the month.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing is that I only need to open one platform to check on my reviews, likes, comments, and more
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that I cannot create reels or add music onto posts for Instagram
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I sometimes forget to check when a review had came in, it helps me keep track because I get notified of each of you and I can use the AI in the app to reply which speeds things up

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi's integration with major platforms makes it extremely simple to post across multiple social media accounts at once. I particularly love the ability to schedule posts into the future, freeing up my time to focus on my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few things across the website are more complicated and require looking through the help section to fully understand. But that's to be expected of such a feature-rich package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small business, I do not have the time to keep up with all of the social media posting needed to promote my business. SOCi makes it easy to post across multiple platforms all at once.

What do you like best about the product?
I find that SOCi has been wonderful for recieving and replying to reviews. It also provides a great overall dashboard to get a full picture of your current reputation and how to improve the metrics.

I find I do use this a few times a week and get a good amount of data and understanding from it.
What do you dislike about the product?
When scheduling posts in SOCi, I do feel like I get quite a few "failed post" notifications from failed scheduled posts. This makes it difficult to stay consistent with social media.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi does a great job helping with boosting our ORM.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi gives you a clear calendar of all scheduled posts. It is easy to schedule posts in advance, and see the interaction from clients. Easy how-to guides and customer training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a downside that I have found so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing to post to multiple social media all at one time and on my schedule.
