SOCi does the Social Media work for me so I can be a better travel agent.
What do you like best about the product?
I used to spend hours a week trying to figure out social media. The timing of posting, what to post, and the frequency were all so sporadic as I'd get overwhelmed. What I really wanted to do was sell travel, get new clients, and service existing bookings. SOCi helps me do that as I don't have to worry about the Social Media presence any longer. They do it for me.
I check the calendar every 2 weeks, delete any pending posts that may not pertain to my clientele, and then forget about it. It's so easy to do, easy to implement, and saves me so much time.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downsides of SOCi at this time. I really like all of the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi solves my issue with coming up with creative posts on Social Media. It takes all the legwork stress of it off of me so I can sell more.

It was easy to learn to use. It's nice to be able to plan out our social media posts.

Not sure I have found anything I dislike yet.

Not having to think about posting daily. I can schedule it out.
User friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is easy to use and effectively gathers important data related to social and Google pages. Having a monthly check-in call with a SOCi rep is a plus!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have liked for our company to have the option to run ads, but unfortunately, we were not able to make this happen.

The fact that we can upload one video or picture and have it post to all our Social Media places.

Nothing to dislike. We absolutely love SOCI!

SOCI is very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how SOCI allows you to post across multiple platforms and to keep up with all of those posts and accounts from one main source. It also lets you see how many engagements are made and what app is getting the most attention. This allows for you to keep up with the best platform the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Soci could be easier to use in my opinion. It seems like there is alot of unnecessary steps and sometimes it doesnt seem to be accurate on viewing percentage or likes. Other than that it is a pretty easy to use and nice website to boost ads.

It makes it easier to post alot of ads in a short amount of time when im very busy
Great tool that saves time
What do you like best about the product?
It is super quick and easy to post one thing to multiple platforms. In just a couple clicks, I can get the word out to Facebook, Insta, X, LinkedIn, TikTok and more!!
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have Youtube...yet! This is a pretty useful place to post shorts...long form not so much, but shorts for sure.

How easy it is to navigate and being able to post social media posts in advance where we couldn't before. We use Soci at least 3 times a week. Even as a beginner it was so easy to figure out and use.

Not many template options to choose from if I use them

Posting social media posts in advance. Posting on multiple sites in an easy manner
It has been easy to use and fun to manage everything on one platform.

I like that you can make posts that will be posted on several different platforms and that you can schedule different post's throughout the month.

SOCi very user friendly, you can set up posts for several social media outlets with ease.
What do you like best about the product?
Soci allows me to easily make posts for various social media platforms at the same time. I am able to use their social scheduler to plan posts either daily or weekly. I am also able to upload pictures from my phone to the app in order to post while I'm on the go. If we have had any issues, the customer service team helps up right away with getting everything figured out.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the app I sometimes have trouble responding to some comments on social media. But when I get on the computer it is much easier to respond.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using SOCi it saves us from having to log into several different social media platforms for our multiple businesses in order to make posts. It ensures that our posts remain the same across all platforms.
