Soci is Amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to create and share on all Social Platforms! :)
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I don't like is that I can't delete all post on Soci when needed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't seen any problems at all when it comes to using Soci, I really enjoy using it on a daily bases.
Great for reviews, lackluster for social
What do you like best about the product?
I like SOCi's review management tool. Its nice to see all of the date from all directories in one place and have the ability to respond through the site. Also, the customer service at SOCi is pretty fast, especially in comparison to our previous tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
SOCi is lacking in the actualy social media department. Most analytics only come from Facebook, which is not where most of audience is super active. Coming from Hootsuite, this is a big loss as we were able to have a much better handle on insights from multiple platforms. SOCi also doesn't support TikTok yet which is a bummer as our industry & target audience is very active on TikTok. Scheduling is easy but I dislike that your caalendar does not update to show posts that were uploaded in app. This could be detrimental to accounts with multiple managers. Also, the sentiments technology is not quite there yet as the AI flags alot of comments as negative or neutral when they are positive.

We are able to see all of our reviews in one place, which is making our online reputation managment much easier!

I like the convince of soci , the specific marketing to the correct audience not only saves time but it saves money

I don't have any dislikes as I'm still a new agent.

You don't have to be technical genius to use SOCI!
What do you like best about the product?
SOCI is a user friendly platform to launch content to prospective customers. Provides access to link to multiple social media platforms to publish content. Love the calendar to schedule automated and manual content.

It provides an easy way to reach over 5,000 contacts with information content and provides feedback on content interaction with contacts.

I would like assistance on becomeing an affiliate to other travel companies. Its new and very successful for businesses to create more bookings.

Great Reputation and Social Presence Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Connectivity to multiple commonly used platforms like Facebook, Google My Business, Yelp, etc. with the ability for one-stop-shopping for common tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have an issue with a particular platform such as Yelp or Google My Business, it is difficult to determine if it's a SOCi issue or a platform issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps you handle reviews left on various platforms and for various locations all in one spot. They provide analytics behind the results, tools to help you respond quickly and in a brand-consistent manner, and enables a team approach to handling these tasks instead of being reliant on a select individuals.

The platform is very intuitiive and easy to use. I like how I can link link multiple platforms.

It took me a little while to manage the scheduler, but there was a good tutorial
