Pretty easy to use, but still some challenges

What do you like best about the product?
Its super convienent to be able to place several posts on various media sites without having to do them each individually.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I try to schedule advance posts, they always post immediately rather than when they are planned. This results in several posts at once for upcoming dates and events. You also have to log directly into IG to delete posts and cannot from the interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can hit all my media platforms at one time

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling platform is easy to use and be able to post content on multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The content! It is always never specific to the social media account and the property. DIY posts should not be recommended for apartment living social media content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our large amount of online reputation presense and helping get responses out in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
I can schedule all client's posts for the following week. This makes it easier when staff is on vacation or an emergency happens.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once in a blue, email, functions have an issue, but their support team is always there to assist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting for over 500 of our clients is difficult, and Soci made this so much more efficient. Client management for 500 clients, being able to devi them up across a team of 15, is very beneficial and easy to manage.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to see clients feedback and to communicate back with them. I like how easy it is to see all social media in one space.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the app was a little better organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Responding to clients' feedback used to be challenging but the AI features and the ease of access is very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is a great platform which allows you to manage nearly all your social media accounts in one pleace. Integtrating your profiles is fairly easy and it doesn't take too long to set up. It is great for sending out automated content on a scheduler. It also lets you look at the analytics of each of your profiles.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be easy to lose personal touch on your social media profiles by over relying on automated content. I would suggest users take a look at the post scheduler and make sure that SOCi is not over posting bland content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi allows me to spend more time working on my loan files and less time working on building up my social media presence.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very helpful managing social media for my business and easy to use.

Still learning it and have no dislikes yet!

What do you like best about the product?
We love the branded BERNINA content that is automatically posted to our Facebook and Instagram accounts for our quilt shop. The posts are timely and relvant and helps us have more time to focus on our customers in the shop. The platform is easy to use and has a wide variety of topics that it posts for us on our social media pages. It easily ingetrates into our social media stragety for our shop.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not found anything that we dislike about the SOCi platform at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is helping us by posting relevant BERNINA posts so we can focus on selling in our shop. It has been a great addition to our social media stragety.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is very easy to use. I love all the tabs and different selections it allows me to use for what I want (and when I want) to post.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any dislikes with SOCi. But I am sure that if I was to have an issue their team would assist any way they can.
