What do you like best about the product?
I like that the posts are informative and fast. Its so easy. Set it and forget it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need more content. I would like more posts.

It helps with content and ease of posts.

I get notifications about google reviews, can give access to employees to post and schedule out social media posts.

What do you like best about the product?
I wish it was easier to navigate i am coming from respage and it was simple. Soci is detailed but not as user friendly. and it was a nightmare to set up. the customer support is good so it did make it easier.

The navigaton interface is not the best.

coming up with content so I do not have to to fill in content.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love that you can post to all marketing sites with one post and the fact that you can pre-post , edit your posts is phenomenal!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to Not like about Soci. If Inwasnt so busy o would try and attend the AI seminars it sounds like that would really help out with marketing

It's an all in one! I only have to create 1 ad or post and it automatically posts to all platforms

This makes social media post a breeze! Highly recommended as you can schedule in advance across multiple platforms.

Your company will need to a library full of content to schedule unless you want to start from scratch.

The ease of using it to cross all SM platforms. It ups our game in giving our business a professional look.

Occasionally, my X account unlinks, but Soci let's me know when it does.

Never Miss A Social Media Post!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that SOCi allows me to schedule out in a months advance all the post for the property I work at, and it's also across every social media platform we have connected to our SOCi account. It makes it easier to take PTO and not have to worry about staying engaged with your audience, becaue you can make sure your socials stay active at all times if you are there or not!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't done a super detailed deep dive in all the features that SOCi offers, but I can say the things I have come familiar with, i absolutely love and have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping my property to always stay engaged with our residents and helping us keep them in the know with whats going on!

Soci has taken so much off of my plate as a manager! I love their content, and how on brand it is with our company.

The approvals section and learning my way around the site was a bit confusing at first.

We weren't meeting our social posts weekly here, and now it's something we are able to achieve with the collaboration of Soci
I would like to use it more but setting it up to post to our social media pages is difficult

The mobile app is very easy to use and access, the AI for review response is very helpful.

I dislike how difficult it is to post sometimes, app could be more user friendly for posting events.
