Great uniform marketing / branding
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it keeps the corporate branding & messaging uniformed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would recommend the ability to write text on instagram / FB stories. I would recommend connecting to Tik Tok seeing it is the leading platform on social media.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows uniform social media marketing in alignment with coporate goals
Localized social content at scale, and Location management made easy.
What do you like best about the product?
I've long dreamed of being able to localize social content with dynamic fields, and SOCi was the first to deliver. It really makes marketing at scale easy! Location management has allowed us to build greater success in being in the top 3 listings for local Google searches.
What do you dislike about the product?
The navigation and UX definitely takes a little getting used to. It's not the most intuitive interface, but it becomes easy enough with familiarity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi offers better solutions for nationwide social marketing than we were able to find anywhere else. Localized content based on stored variables is a game changer.
Location management has helped us to make sure our Retail Google Business listings remain compliant with regulations, and the improved accuracy helps our ranking in search results.
The ability to add users to locations allows branches to take more ownership of their own social content, if desired.

Easy to create great posts
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of being able to create personalized posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of flexiblity in some aspects of creating personalized posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to worry about creating content and the ability to program out for months saving a lot of time. Providing access to multiple marketing platforms at the same time.

I like that everything is user friendly and that you can schedule post in advance. I also like that you can add different social media platforms to use to post.

I'm not sure what I dislike. It has been good experience so far.

Soci is providing an easy to go platform to post jobs and ads.
Far from intimidating!
What do you like best about the product?
Being new to the workforce, I was absolutely nervous starting new technology. I've only been able to use a handful of features however, I'm able to easily navigate whatever I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently haven't found any downsides, however I feel that once I do, it would be easy to walk through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me be able to communicate with others what we would need in order to keep this going.

SOCi is very user friendly. Their customer support has been super helpful whenever I have questions. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking to simplify their social media presence.

At this time I only have positive things to say about SOCi!

I like Soci because you are able to make servela post on several diffrent socials at one time. And also they have a lsit of other platforms you can use as well.

It was a bit hard navigating through it but once I learned how to it became very easy.

SOCI solving and very beneficial because i am able to market on diffrent platforms
Making the Workday Easier
What do you like best about the product?
Having so many tools/resources in one place, easily accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are SOOO many resources and tools, the learning curve to get the full value proposition and maximize use can take a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to engage in social media campaign across numerous platforms uniformly, and measure quantified data.
Super easy marketing

It is on auto-pilot and makes it so much easier to post relavant information

There isn't a negative about Soci, ti's super easy to get started and it's automatic
