Excellent way to promote different destinations!

What do you like best about the product?
It has been so helpful and it has enabled me to have to go in and learn about all these places I am promoting!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to be able to delete a post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is absolutely helping me to make sure that there are postings of all kinds on my social media each day. I am seeing that I am getting a lot of leads from my postings as they are different than what I would usually get!! It has really opened me up to a whole new group of people and will allow me to expand my business.

What do you like best about the product?
You can set it and forget it and find flyers for different kinds of holidays to post on your social media. I dont have to think about what to post to keep my social media recent.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to automate posting of content to my various social media accounts. Enables me to schedule content postings for the month and effectively set it and forget it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to reconnect Facebook to SOCi on a regular basis to maintain a strong connection. Also, the algorithm of LinkedIn and Facebook recognize it's an autoposter and deprioritizes posts as a result

Enables me to automate the posting of my content to keep a consistent presence online

Easy to respond to reviews, easy to plan out social media posts. Gives great insight into your business for social scores

The app on your phone, makes you login each time and doesn't autosave your password. Very annoying

Best I found, but has limitations in social media

What do you like best about the product?
This is one of the few platforms with full Yelp integration. Review responses work great. There is lots of flexibility with reporting and notifications. There is also lots of flexibility with user roles and approvals. Innovative tools for multi-location businesses are great such as content calendars, being able to suggest content for location approval, and libraries. It's fairly easy to use and navigate. Training is pretty good, and customer support is prompt.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implimentation team is responsive, but has been a frustrating process at times. Two months in and the platform still isn't fully functional. There have been numerous glitches I've had to report including not being able to post images, notifications not working correctly, and listings inconsistancies, some of which they're still trying to fix.

There are very limited options for image editing and the Canva integration doesn't really work. You can't change how it crops images for Instagram.

You can only create reports for individual communities at a time. If you want to look at metrics for multiple locations, you need to pull multiple reports. Also, many of the metrics only work for posts made in SOCi, not on native platforms.

If you want to post something slightly different from one platform to another, for instance, remove a link for Instagram or change hashtags for Facebook, you need to do that as two separate posts. You also can't tag other profiles on IG and FB on the same post.

Location level notifications can't be set by default, each user needs to set their own which is a huge pain.

I wish SOCi had a way to engage with other profiles, like leaving comments like other platforms have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are working on fixes for technical problems, such as automated reports not working properly. They're also working on including metrics from multiple locations in a single report. Haven't seen the results of these yet.

I love to use soci because of its ease to use and ease of implementation.
Also the customer support is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing downsides soci, It has the best features.

What do you like best about the product?
The team is extremely helpful in getting you up and running with what you need. The system is easy to use, allows you to setup multiple locations, and provides some great features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything negative. The only thing I can think of that might be considered negative would be the interface isn't crisp, the design could use an update but otherwise it's still functional for everything you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple locations that all need constant monitoring and management for GMB.
