What do you like best about the product?
ITs easy to use to manage all social platforms from one place. Its great to just check and respond in one area each morning instead of remember to check a million places when you are a small business without as much time or people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to tag other businesses and people in my social posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us manage out socials as a new company very quickly and efficiently without missing anything.

What do you like best about the product?
I find SOCi incredibly user-friendly and it makes scheduling content smooth. I'm impressed with how easy it is to schedule content. The initial setup was super easy too. I also use Canva alongside SOCi.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi stands out as an all-in-one marketing platform that makes it easy for our veterinary hospital to manage social media, online reviews, and local listings in one place. What we like best is how user-friendly and efficient it is—our team can quickly respond to client feedback, keep our information accurate across platforms, and maintain a consistent online presence without adding extra work to our day. The reporting and insights are clear and actionable, helping us understand what’s working and where we can improve. SOCi has saved us time while strengthening our connection with pet owners in our community.
What do you dislike about the product?
While SOCi is a very strong platform overall, there is a bit of a learning curve at the beginning due to the number of features available. That said, once our team became familiar with the platform, these challenges were manageable and outweighed by the overall value SOCi provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps us solve the challenge of managing online reviews and social media efficiently. It streamlines review responses by centralizing all client feedback in one place, allowing us to respond quickly and consistently without logging into multiple platforms. SOCi also simplifies planning, scheduling, and managing social media posts, helping us stay active and on-brand without the process feeling overwhelming. Overall, it reduces manual work and keeps our online presence organized and professional.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to post on our behalf, offering cadence while we work to set up our organic post. Helps to keep us at the top of the feed and relevant
What do you dislike about the product?
As with anything, they do have issues and sometimes add the wrong pictures or terms, meaning we need to correct before publishing. Maybe a second glance before posting for clarity?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems at the moment other the cons.

I like being notified of reviews as it helps me keep track of all feedback, both good and bad, which I can share with my team or use to address issues with customers. I appreciate the ability to look at reviews on multiple platforms in one place, which is easier than logging into each one separately.

Maybe a mobile version? Instead of a desktop version.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love being able to look at everything through one platform with SOCi. The reporting aspect is definitely a great part of the product, helping me determine which communities are excelling and which ones could use additional support. Our customer success team is absolutely amazing, always quick to respond and willing to lend a helping hand whether we're resolving an issue or launching a new product. The ability to allow multiple users for one community without increasing the cost is definitely a plus, and the functionality and admin tools are enjoyable. The customer success team made the setup process a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like some extended features on some of the social media posting tools, being able to follow people back on through the social platform, as well as posting longer videos to TikTok would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SOCi to control our social media and listing presence, solving the problem of handling multiple passwords. It relieves admin duties and provides a comprehensive platform for managing everything in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can auto-select a date for posting to my Facebook pages, which is super useful when I'm on vacation or out of the office. I also like how easy and convenient SOCi is, especially for busy property managers like me. The ability to schedule posts for any given time or date and then 'Set it and forget it!' makes my job so much easier. The initial setup was simple too, which was a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few times where I try to search 'Events' that might be local via Facebook, but it will not pull up any results ever for me to share with Facebook followers. I did reach out to my corporate representative and they said they would report it to SOCi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like auto-scheduling posts to Facebook with SOCi. It's convenient for busy times like vacations, allowing me to set and forget my social media posts.
