User-Friendly with Essential Photo Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that SOCi is user-friendly, and I appreciate the design. I use the image upload feature the most, which is required by my job as we have to submit photos every week. Everything works well for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything works well for me. The only thing I would say could be improved is maybe the tabs. I feel like there's a lot of different tabs, and it could be more condensed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps keep our photos organized and allows us to preset when photos are posted on social media, solving the problem of managing and uploading content.
Essential for Quick Review Responses in the Restaurant Business
What do you like best about the product?
I like the rapid time it takes to go from Google to the app, making it possible to respond in a timely manner, which is extremely important to me. SOCi is super easy to understand; there's nothing about it that isn't straightforward. It makes response times low for responding to Google reviews. It's a very simple, easy-to-use platform and a great tool to have while working in the restaurant.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love notifications. That'd be huge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps us manage quick response times to all reviews, not just Google, ensuring timely replies. It's crucial for maintaining our restaurant standards and guest experience by showing we're attentive to feedback.
Easy Posting with a Great Content Library and AI Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I’m able to post, and have options from the content library. If my wording doesn’t sound great I’m able to us AI assistant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to comment back to our guest.

Helps organize all my posts in advance.
Plenty of B2B Interaction Options, but Navigation Can Be Confusing
What do you like best about the product?
Has a lot of different options for interacting with other businesses. Offers videos and support if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Website is a little confusing. Hard to find exactly what I'm looking for without clicking multiple tabs.

Efficient Post Scheduling with Room for UI Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy calendar interface. It has statistics readily available, not on a separate screen, and you can click right into the post. It also has a feature that schedules posts at peak times, customized based on their analysis of your audience. It definitely cuts down a lot on time spent posting, allowing us to schedule out a month in advance, or even two. We can just set it and forget it instead of having to post to each individual platform, making us much more efficient with our social media through SOCi.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the interface a bit outdated. It doesn't have drag-and-drop functionality on the calendar, for example. The interface feels a little cluttered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps us schedule social media posts across various platforms, integrate with our franchise system, and customize our social media for our location. It reduces time spent on posting, allowing us to schedule posts months in advance, leading to greater efficiency.

It being able to make posts to our social medias

There is no way to post our monthly ads to our facebook page without creating an ad and paying for it.

Making it easier to post to facebook and instagrams. Sometimes creating posts can be time consuming, but Soci helps take time off of that task.

What do you like best about the product?
I like SOCi for the easiness of posting. The layout of options, including timing and comments, stand out to me. I also appreciate the ability to keep changing things or deleting items if need be.
What do you dislike about the product?
I typically don't know what else SOCi could be used for other than posting, which makes me feel like I am missing out on most of the platform and the possible possibilities of reaching more engagement with the community. Maybe a possible pop-up when your mouse hovers over the tab to know what it could be used for would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SOCi for Facebook posting and community engagement, which helps me reach different groups in the community. I like the ease of posting, with flexible options for timing and commenting, and the ability to modify or delete posts.
