Easy to adopt and adapt

What do you like best about the product?
Integration platform made to be embedded into your application.
Comprehensive documentation that is rather easy to navigate.
Great support team that sometimes feel like an extension of your own team - very involved in the process and provide great insight.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain relevant and interesting features about the product are not communicated/advertized well enough.
Certain limitations around concurrent job processing - ideally we should have the option to avoid concurrent job processing and allowing next runs to queue in and only start after the current job run has finished - this can save some headaches in specific workloads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast and easy way to build a POC concept that can serve as a basis for developing a native integration. Sometimes used in Demos as well.

What do you like best about the product?
It has the bulk of the work done for integrating with other services already.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to follow exactly what some issues are due to some of the requests not having full detail

We use cyclr to integrate with accounts packages, sending our clients sales and purchasing data striaght to the accounting software.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to do anything your mind can think of, in addition to the flexibility of pulling in all the applications in your stack to talk to each other, and the ability to set up custom workflows with automation, is beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
The GUI of Cyclr can be a little intimidating at first, as it's not as user-friendly as some of the other solutions out there, but most users of Cyclr will be developers or SysAdmins that can figure things out pretty easily. I would hesitate to invite users to not intimidate them!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to Zapier and Power Automate to be able to talk to our Salesforce instance and to send data to and from these databases. Cyclr has consolidated these systems for us, and saved us time and money.

What do you like best about the product?
The team are incredible. We have been extremely fortunate to work with Francesca and Cameron. They are accommodating whenever we request a call and the information shared is always valuable. They also proactively reach out to us to ask for feedback, query if we need support and even help to optimise our integrations with the view of helping us save costs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike is a strong word as I don't dislike anything about Cyclr, but in terms of things I feel could be improved I would suggest;

Improved error handling
A more intuitive and user-friendly interface from a UX perspective
An improved way to view the templates as you often need to drag / zoom in or out and it is just fiddly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company has integrated with various third-party services by following their documentation. However, as these third parties introduce new features and updates, we've found it expensive to maintain our integrations. That's why we've adopted Cyclr's API connectors to standardize certain integrations. This approach has significantly reduced our build time, maintenance costs, and support efforts. We now have more time and resources to focus on delivering integrated solutions that truly benefit our clients. With Cyclr's clean mapping screens, we can document functionality more clearly for our clients, which helps with user testing and managing expectations. And as Cyclr's library continues to expand, we're confident that we can easily expand our own offerings in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
The most significant benefit we are currently getting from Cyclr is the ability to iterate quickly for our clients. We have been able to develop prototypes, proof of concepts, and beta features that help solve the needs of our clients without having to wait for development cycles to provide a productized feature. This allows us to learn quickly, determine what works and does not, and better inform the productized feature development.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that came to mind was their previous UI design. Since we've started using the tool, they have updated with a new design that is intuitive and clean

Development of customized proof of concepts to solve the needs of our clients faster without having to wait for development cycles.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create custom connectors within workflows. Cyclrs framework around API authorization, rate limiting, and recordset paging will really help streamline our processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somewhat of a learning curve for users not too familiar with API integration. The training material is very thorough and allows you to get started quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cyclr is feeding client-submitted data into our SaaS app. This allows the data to be quickly analyzed and automate configuration changes to streamline system performance.

What do you like best about the product?
How much it can do, when you really get into it. Lots of APIs are built to serer cert use cases a certain way, which can restrict an iPaaS, Cyclr can get through that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd be nit picking but I could do with more granular error notification handling, there's a lot of moving parts and I have to manually check on a lot of things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My customer's data requirements or personal to each of them and there;s different moving parts at their end eac time, using Cyclr allows someone who's not in dev or sys-ops to automate the pull of data into our platform for these customers and to push back when needed. Some of the social lead form integrations have made a big difference and the customer suppport from cyclr customising for the payloads has been amazing. I wish it was possible to work out the scripts myself but it's just not build that way.

Using Cyclr to Integrate with 3rd Party CRM Data

What do you like best about the product?
Cyclr has all the connector integrations we currently require for our business.

Developing and organising templates for different business uses with the user interface is intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would great if Cyclr API could verify authentication of connector before an install is confirmed.

It could be useful to build on the documentation (perhaps with some tutorials). For example, I could not find any guide to support users upgrading a custom Cyclr connector so that the development/ testing/ release could be phased e.g. using different environments (e.g. dev/staging/production).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Cyclr as a single integration to access multiple 3rd party CRM connectors. Cyclr makes us more efficient when we need to serve a new 3rd party CRM connector for our clients.
