Absolutely useful tool and very helpful support team
What do you like best about the product?
Cyclr enabled us to implement complicated integrations without any dev resources, saving us a huge amount of time and cost.
Cyclr has a good collection of ready-made connectors I can simply plug and play.
The support team is proactively helping and communicating.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some configuration is tricky if you don't have good javascript knowledge
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had webhook delay issue during peak last year due to high traffic, Cyclr autonomously suggested solutions in advance this year and actively monitored and communicated

Fantastic integration tool
What do you like best about the product?
I really like simple and logical UI as well as API experience provided by Cyclr. Cyclr allowed us to develop and execute an integration strategy to provide off-the-shelf UX to our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Restrictions on different usages. I understand it might be a part of the strategy but more options should be made available, such as separate cost for increasing API poll frequency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Low-code integration tool to connect other systems. We use it for integrating accounting packages with our system.

The idea of allowing us to code by drag-drop is brilliant. It did help us to be able less dependent on our development team.

Sometimes different time zone makes support less efficient. Help doc can be more polished to cover scripting part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The idea of allowing us to code by drag-drop is brilliant. It did help us to be able less dependent on our development team. It makes the overall implementation more controllable by our team.
It is a very straight forward and generic tool to utilize and connect APIs to create full workflows
What do you like best about the product?
you can integrate with any service very quickly and start working directly after no time, the time needed to do then integration manually through code would waste a lot of time in comparison with cyclr
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is not very straightforward. like the button to edit a cycle is not intuitive or if you want to see an account's cycles. the buttons' images can be improved to make them more self-explanatory
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast integration with services, I had to implement a taxation program with our solution and it was time critical, we were able to do it and go live in 1 day the alternative would have taken us weeks instead.
Decent WYSIWYG for workflow building and editing
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of configuration, easy access to finding payload examples along with some logging. Replication of templates, and being able to customize them is nice too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scripting on a per template basis sometimes feel clunky. Would be good to be able to apply scripts from a remote file (eg. via git), as it's hard to manage versions currently.

Integration provider for multipath ecommerce sources.

What do you like best about the product?
Once we configured our integration with Cyclr, we have had a smooth experience. We manage lots of integrations across tools on our platform and Cyclr has been among the most stable ones that we could set and forget.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a fairly steep learning curve with setting up Cyclr integrations and while there is a lot of documentation, it is not always helpful. On the positive side, their account and support teams are very helpful and responsive so it has balanced it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cyclr has allowed us to connect two platforms that are key to our mission which did not have a native integration with each other. The integration has saved us hours of manual work.

Easy to use with a lot of integrations for almost any business product you could ask for, backed by a friendly and helpful team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could do with some more fine-grained control on error handling, but it's fine enough as it is.

It allows us to quickly connect our product with others and fit into bespoke business processes.

What do you like best about the product?
- Template editor - it's easy to design a new integration flow without writing code. This removes a dependency on busy developers.
- Per customer customization - it's possible to tweak an integration flow for a single customer without changing it for all customers. Great for situations where a customer has custom needs.
- Support- the team is very quick to respond to issues and is always willing to share tips and advice.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be difficult to debug errors within cycles. Occasionally, new bugs are introduced by Cyclr pushing new upgrades or improvements to their platform, which can impact live customer integration flows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving development resources on integration builds and maintenance.
Cyclr works great as a low code integration platform for various, even more complex, purposes
What do you like best about the product?
Good UI builder to quickly create integration processes, ability to go deeper when needed, always up-to-date vendor APIs so we do not have to worry about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
A simplified integration builder process is missing for elementary integration needs. However, it works well once you get used to the process and have some technical experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reasonably straightforward to integrate into your system, quick time to market and risk free integration solution.

Cyclr helped us build integrations really fast. The product was good and support was amazing. The team was able to cater to our needs & requirements.

There is nothing, in particular, to dislike about cyclr.

Cyclr is helping SaaS companies build integrations faster without writing much code. That reduces time to market for new SaaS players.
