Good value integration platform with a wide variety of supported connectors

What do you like best about the product?
Price point for functionality (as compared with alternate solutions). Flexibility of working with Cyclr who can support customers by developing new API connectors and/or enhancing the capabilities of existing connectors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing significant identified so far. Like many other iPAAS platforms, the user experience can be complex and take some time for business users in particular to get used to. But this isn't unique to Cyclr and there are many other platforms which have a more complex user experience. (Consumer-oriented platforms such as a IFTTT have a simpler experience but are much less powerful).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Elimination of point-to-point proprietary integrations. Elimination of end-user Zapier and IFTTT projects. Reduction of IT effort in developing and supporting business-driven integrations. Reduction of manual processes between unintegrated systems.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to integrate with multiple other SaaS products is often a critical part of building a wider partnership ecosystem, but this can be complex and time-consuming. Cyclr's powerful, embeddable iPaaS platform enabled us to rapidly accelerate this process and build complex, multi-step integration workflows quickly and reliably.

Fraser, Philip, Matt and the whole Cyclr team were also a fount of knowledge to ensure we architected the implementation for speed and scale, and provided fantastic support throughout the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to purely internal issues we haven't been able fully to adopt Cyclr in the way we originally envisaged, but that is no reflection on the fantastic product itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Integrating with multiple 3rd party SaaS technologies
- Building complex data workflows to combine and process multiple data sets
- Accelerate time to market with new solutions and improve our product's competitiveness

What do you like best about the product?
Cyclr's ability to adapt to our use cases and provide bespoke support for our customer base is exceptional. They're always on hand and extremely quick to respond.

Not only that, they work with us, as a partnership to understand what we want to achieve and how we can work together to achieve this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the report exports are lacking for usage, however, this is something that Cyclr seem to be working on at present.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating and managing integrations across several CRM's and our own product.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the biggest advantages of Cyclr is their dedication to your success. If you need a new integration, new methods added or simply some help on how to solve a problem, you know you can count on their team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cyclr certainly has fewer integrations compared to others, but so far that hasn't stopped us. When we needed a new integration, they got it done in just 2 weeks. It was really impressive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cyclr is CORE to our business. We simply could not have a functional product.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend you consider Cyclr. Their pricing is much more affordable and capabilities quite rich.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Cyclr Templates are convenient as they can either be manually installed on our client's account or automated through the self-installation process.

2. If a template is ready for publication, then we can set it as Public. If it's under construction & if not yet ready for publication then we need to set it as Private. This is useful while evaluating our template installations for our clients.

3. In order to avoid downtime after publication. Cyclr's template versioning feature allows us will provide the Live version to our clients & we will be able to create a Draft version on our end. When we have to promote an update to go Live, then this is applicable.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. The pricing structure for Startup, Growth and Enterprise is a little costly for small-scale businesses.

2. If we can manage the learning curve of working with Cyclr, then we can effectively use its features for our requirements.

3. Its integration is well suited for working with our Intercom data pipedrive design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Cyclr enables us to utilize the in-app message feature while clients work with multiple applications using Intercom integration.

2. Implementation of Intercom in Cyclr platform is fast & simple through its in-built data connectors dedicated for Intercom which can be done using drag & drop gestures.

3. Its data retention feature is useful in business cases where we need to retain transaction details for a specific period.

4. Cyclr's lookup option will aid with easy connection to the destination application so that we can retrieve all possible mapping values.

What do you like best about the product?
Cyclr makes the process of integrating Your SaaS stack easy. It's intuitive no, or low-code system saved our team lots of time and money.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I would've found them sooner. We lost a lot of time before coming across Cyclr. Now when we need an integration, we have it in minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With our SaaS stack growing, we need a way to do integrations that doesn't require weeks to implement each time. With Cyclr we were able to reduce the time to integration to several a day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Cyclr's team is helpful and easy to work with. Onboarding was easy, and the technology works well.

What do you like best about the product?
They've got a solution for everything. Usually through simple drag and drop. But if all else fails, scripting can solve just about any use case. Their support is top knotch!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is a bit clunky in some areas. Documentation needs to be expanded in order for the tool to be truly self service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrations take a lot of time to develop internally. Outsourcing this to Cyclr saves us a ton of time and money.

What do you like best about the product?
The wide variety of opportunities the tool has offered us for making long processes fast through automatization.
Supreme support service, starting from the trial phase.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I have encountered any problems in using Cyclr. I think it is not as intuitive as other tools, but you are followed step-by-step in the creation of your automation process, and when you are in trouble or something is not working they have always been fast in providing support
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automize processes that would have required a manual copy & paste of data instead. It gave the benefits to reduce errors from using manual processes and make them faster, of course.

What do you like best about the product?
Support is amazing. These guys are always on somehow. Their onboarding attention is really something, and they go head over heels to make sure you draw value out of their platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I ever had was connectors related. We are focused on very niched markets, and getting all the connectors we needed was not always possible even when Cyclr team tried their best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Cyclr to quickly deploy an Integration as a Service solution into our tool and allow users to connect and draw data from their accounts from multiple sources and process that data into our app.

What do you like best about the product?
Cyclr provides in-depth documentation that has helped us build unique integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Cyclr had support in the US. The downside is the available windows to meet with support and they are typically too early for our team to take on.

We are leveraging large data transfers from two in demand CRMS.
