Great platform and enabler for building up integrations out of the box.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and the capabilities of the platform. Literally you can do anything. If it's missing you can code it yourself.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the past there where some glitches with the system, some delays in requests processing, but as it's been rapidly developed, that we would considered part of the evolution process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some specific customer's integrations where more tight use-cases scenarios have to be covered.

What do you like best about the product?
Cyclr was able to automate a crucial business operation for us, that no other software on the market was able to. It has also stood the test of time as we've been using Cyclr for +2 years and everything has been running smoothly the entire time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cyclr is powerful, but not very intuitive for non-techies. I guess that's just part of the game when you're solving technical challenges like Cyclr is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cyclr has been able to automate membership cancellations for one of my businesses. This is a crucial task for us as it needs to be done fast, and correct, every time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The sheer amount of programs Cyclr supports, and the helpful support, makes Cyclr a very strong offering.

Flexible, easy-to-use SaaS integration platform with stellar support team

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is clean, easy-to-understand and visually appealing. Building the integration feels satisfying.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the documentation and guides to be lacking. (However, support reps are responsive and helpful.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We (marketing agency) use Cyclr to integrate our client's CRM (HubSpot) with their subscription billing service (Chargify), creating a seamless two-way sync between the two platforms.

Main benefits:
1. Impressive range of out-of-the-box connector methods.
2. Running tests is easy, and any errors are explained using clear, easy-to-understand language.
3. Top tier customer support – helpful for users with no programming experience.

Zapier on Steroids!

What do you like best about the product?
Support, Consultation, a Great Product. It's hard to pick one item. The platform makes it easy for non-developers to deploy integrations of disparate software. The support is top notch, friendly, reliable and always going above and beyond. As far as consultation services go, when needed they will discuss your integration needs, find better and mores resource or cost effective ways to accomplish your goals and set a realistic expectation of when to expect your new connector to launch.

It's been an interesting two years, give or take a handful of months and I am pleased to see how the continue to bring new features to the product.

I suppose if I had to pick one feature, the biggest reason we went with them to begin with, is the ability to implement branching logic for all of our integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well our use-case is a little odd, so many users of the platform may have no need for this but I could see a much more thorough reporting system. By that I mean, something that alerts our many internal users of Cyclr that something isn't running properly. We have been in talks with Cyclr here on this very point and I know they will come up with a solution here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving two marketing-related items with Cyclr.

One:
The Last-Click-Attribution conundrum in the marketing world. A little hard to quickly describe but think of your own social media habits. How often are you going to see or click on an ad and immediately buy? Not very often. So let us say you are a clothing boutique that currently markets on Instagram. If a user sees your ads but doesn't yet need a new pair of jeans but later does, performs a Google search on your boutique name, drives to your business and places an order, you might suspect that your website's SEO is what drove that sale. However with Cyclr's help, when building out an integration into this boutiques POS system, we can measure how many in-store purchases saw or clicked on an ad before coming into your store. It allows for a much fuller representation of the full marketing funnel.

Two:
We are able to perform branching logic on our integrations that are far superior to the one-to-one style of integrations you would get with a Zapier account. So instead of dumping all phone calls from a VOIP system into Facebook Offline Events, we can take all phone calls, query a clients CRM and determine if they are a new customer or current customer calling in. From there we can do all sorts of things.

Great way of integrating

What do you like best about the product?
Quick and easy to put in sophisticated workflows through to third party systems with the minimum of technical work
What do you dislike about the product?
Can take a little while to build your own connector but they have support that helps you out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to offer substantially more extensive connections to other products that make the platform more extensive.

Flexible integration and workflow framework allowing for core product focus

  • November 15, 2019
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
1. Configurable connectors to many systems with the ability to map both source and target data integration
2. Ability to use your own API as a connector enabling a single point of integration with multiple sources.
3. Serverless footprint for integration and workflow
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Training documentation
2. End-to-end blueprints for SPA-based UIs that have their own API backends.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our product (CloudKPI) provides metrics, insights and scenario modeling for finance and other members of a SaaS company's executive team.
Cyclr has allowed us to publish our own API and use it as a connector to enable integration from a number of source accounting (Xero, QuickBooks) and CRM systems (Salesforce). With a limited development team, we are able to focus on our core product as opposed to plumbing with disparate integration points
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Cyclr's concept is essentially Integration Detail with a variety of sources, a configurable mapping ability between source and target data models, and the actual execution of integration workflow (jobs) either on demand or on a schedule. For us, we simply could not afford to invest development bandwidth in unique API-based integration and Cyclr was a great option.

Use best-of-breed applications throughout our business, without worrying about integration

What do you like best about the product?
Beautiful drag and drop interface makes building new integrations more enjoyable than other platforms we've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we began using Cyclr there were definitely some connectors we needed missing, but the team are super-responsive and built or extended existing connectors to meet our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Disparate applications across accounting, customer success, CRM, billing, and internal collaboration were previously disconnected. Other tools we tried were unable to reliable synchronise records reliably.

Without Cyclr, we'd spend many hours a month on manual reconciliation and data transfer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't be put off if the connectors you need are not immediately available - the team will build new and extend existing connectors very quickly.

The connector team are experts in building integrations and well worth spending time with if you get the opportunity.
