Esri ArcGIS is a helpful data tool that is easy to navigate and provides useful information, insights, and reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced anything I dislike about Esri ArcGIS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Esri ArcGIS is assisting my organization in providing useful data and insights which saves us time and resources, making us more efficient.

Best software for spatial data analysis work
What do you like best about the product?
ArcGIS has great mapping capabilities. I use it to process spatial gridded datasets and spatial analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a heavy software and sometimes takes time to load on the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy user-driven interface to process available gridded datasets. I use it heavily in my work to process gridded weather data files.

It create land map and location survey very efficiently

It is costly for licence and troublesome install

What do you like best about the product?
Esri ArcGIS is an essential tool for public health professionals and I enjoy using this for research, applications, or other ideas. I highly recommend this to anyone in the public health or health fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
Esri ArcGIS is excellent for its relation to public health in a geospatial sense. However, if you want to create it is costly but the reputation outweighs the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GIS is so helpful for population management, understanding health equity, and learning trends socio-demographically, it is a wonderful way to explore in real-time why situations may be how they are.

The professional quality of delivery, the security around data and map layers and the intuitive approach to help GIS developers and designers deliver the best possible product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Low compatibility with the ecosystem, however, the community around ArcGIS is good so the development is effortless. Overall, No complaints. better control on shared access and development in real-time might help optimise workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rapid GIS development tool. GIS data is bulky and to visualise it securely is often a pain. Arcgis through it's properietary formats and logics helps us streamline and prioritize workflows.

The customer service and training that is available is the best around!

It can be a little overwhelming for new users, but I believe this is only because its such a powerful design
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating online maps for our fiber and civil underground network installations. Being able to geo locate every point and add data and photos is everything we could ever need. Then the abiblity to share this with coworkers, customers and clients is beyond beneficial, it is crucial to our day to day projects.
