Best CRM in the market

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use UI, better attention to leads and it's leakage. Prospect management is very easy
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is lag in the system and leads transfer takes a bit more time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead management, prospect management, sales funnel

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing i liked about it is, the task option, which is really helpful in reminding the tasks that should be completed. Its rreally easy to use compared to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no such point. It is providing mobile CRM which we can use in remote areas, when its mandatry to use. and many more positive points which boosts up to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mobile CRM is the best thing that is offering to us to use, where as there is no option for using laptop. AND MANY MORE SUCH POINTS TO US BENEFITING TO USE IT PROPERLY.

The ease of use is the best thing. Accessibility to the data's in phone is the ultimate best.

The tasks can be made in a better view,.

Managing client database, scheduling and maintaining call database.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For freshers it's a great start,but when it goes advanced it becomes a bit of a struggle

A good CRM to have when you have a big field sales team

What do you like best about the product?
It's a very simple to use platform, and also very easily scalable for teams that are growing rapidly. Its best suited for teams that have large sales teams, who have team members go out on field.
What do you dislike about the product?
Account management was not available. Also for really small start-ups it may turn out to be a little expensive when you compare it to some other CRM's who give a free version too. Other than that there is not much not to like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines the process of capturing leads from all the various sources that a company may have and makes is one repository to access any and all data from anywhere. It helps a manager to reduce dependencies from the team that is in the field hustling by giving updates from time to time.

What do you like best about the product?
User GUI is really good in the CRM, the CRM helps in identifying the sources of different leads to filter out and help reach more potential leads for conversion
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the major disadvantage I would say is filtering owner change to other sales engineer in the company.
We can only identify new leads to filter out not other stage lead, so it makes difficult to identify if other SE's take the lead
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identify potential conversion for sales. Timeline for conversion and sharing certain data's through the CRM which can help and nurture leads for future conversion

What do you like best about the product?
Lead management is very easy and user-friendly. The CRM Interface is excellent. The Best part is the Lead management and marketing automation Feature, Training and support one of the big strength of Leadsquared
What do you dislike about the product?
Expanded functionality with email template , Tab shuffling

High user-friendly experience , as I was a little confused initially

The most helpful thing about the leadsquared is that it will help to create a sales funnel and construct the pipeline for our business and helps to analyze the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful part about the leadsquared is actually nothing but they can work on the downtime and small bugs in that particular application which happens sometimes.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easier to monitor the lead activity and allow us to segregate the leads according to there stages. It also helps us to identify the quality of leads as well the options to update based on the conversation we have the leads
What do you dislike about the product?
The accessibility of the application through mobile is limited such as if we want to update the stage of the lead thorough mobile application it is something bit too difficult
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analysis of leads... quality of leads.. maintaining a proper lead bucket and prioritise the importance once from the others. It also helps us to filter the leads out accordingly

Make mobile application much more simpler and easier to use
