Easy to Use, Seamless support, 3rd party Integrations, Customised solutions for your requirements. A great product all in all. Equally good for all sizes - large to small enterprises

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best features is it provides a mobile application and a desktop application to track all the leads; its follow-up reminders feature is one of the best features to make follow-ups timely.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I don't like about this software. All features like reminders, task management and mobile application are beneficial and easy to use without issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that leads square is solving is sending follow-up reminders, which helps us follow up with our customers on time; its automatic lead-capturing features with task reminders are among the best.

What do you like best about the product?
this is the best platform for managing leads , in multiple ways like we have options for every lead stage , we can make notes for every leads,

And easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many bad things about Leadsquare but there are some features that i don't like at all
for ex . The first thing is its login and logout feature every time i log in, and it automatically picks my current location.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me reminder for every task through the mail, it's a good thing when you're doing something or are busy in some work it provides reminder for task with helps you to do your work on time.

What do you like best about the product?
We have to click on the number and the call connects to the customer. Such a easy and time saving process. It smoothens my daily activity and also help me in my work too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Till today, I haven't faced any difficulty or any such issues while using LS. The tasks list which is the important thing comes in the morning helps me to cover all my opportunities for the entire day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm being able to call all the leads in a very short span of time. It also helps me to get the talktime report along with the number of calls dialed, including (outgoing answered, outgoing unanswered, incoming answered, incoming unanswered). Advanced search also helps me to get the best set of leads. I'm being able to check the tasks.
