Interface should be friendly

What do you like best about the product?
Easy access for leads, no need to carry laptop to check upon leads. Can't carry laptop everywhere. It gives reminder of follow ups which is pretty important. Because if we have any early morning follow ups it helps me a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface became difficult, and sometime I have faced some technical glitches, sometimes it takes a lot of time to reload the page. So if you can fixed these things it will became excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy access, it always gives timely reminder, check up on leads even early morning, no need to carry laptop everywhere, the dashboard is pretty much helpfull. These are the things which I'm getting from Mobile CRM

What do you like best about the product?
Automation based on different events and activity is one of the best options which is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not must. Most of the required features are available. Team is also very supportive.

Automation for the Team to utilize the resources at the max and increase the conversion.

What do you like best about the product?
Marketing automation is the best along with the email campaign. It let us know the interested leads as well as hot keada
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides are nil in this application. I don't find something kike that
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most user friendly software with best understandable UI even for a beginner. It helps to create good sales funnel and conversion.

What do you like best about the product?
Leadsquared is available on all platforms including Windows, Android and Ios which simplifies the process and makes it seamless if you travel a lot like me. The best part is the integrations with multiple other platforms and the support provided by their tech team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile application is a little hard to use and navigate for new users and can be a bit daunting compared to Hubspot or Zoho. Custom filters are also missing right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem solved by this CRM is that it can be used on the go and is browser-based and therefore can be used on a Chromebook which I usually use. This made the transition from Hubspot easy for me.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have the entire database in a place and find it with an ease
The funnel that it creates with your data thus helps you to understand your sales funnel and progress better

Leadsquared is pricier than other platforms.
Initially, it can be a bit difficult to use and understand for a beginner.
The User interface could have been better.

Helped track the performance and monitor the progress of the team better

What do you like best about the product?
The first best option is the marketing automation. It helps just awesome in order to create good sales pipeline.

It does not have any downside or issues.

You will be able to customise it as per your requirements. You will able integration it with the calling tool to save all your call recordings.

Kylas is a good CRM software which helps the user to complete their work systematically and the stages the CRM software provide are precise and very detailed in manner.

there is nothing about kylas that i dislike but sometimes it becomes slow and stuck this has been causing a trouble for updating about the information which is creating gaps.

The major problems that leadsquare sales and mobile CRM software solving are maintaining different stages and also helping the user to create their own stages. this has been helping.

What do you like best about the product?
Very very userfriendly, The best part is you can track down the daily reports about your work and Managing the leads is very easy, like lead stages, activity adding, and task management. Integrating this CRM with IVR tools is very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lead flow management is a bit difficult but you can manage and add new leads in mobile CRM is a bit difficult. There will be very less opinions on customization. Dashboard customization will be a bit difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mobile CRM is very easy to handle. Daily reports help us to understand the team's growth and their work. With the help of reports, we were able to build the strategies for marketing campaigning.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very easy to use but before you start the collaboration with leadsquared make sure it is personalized.
