Lead management has boosted sales and automations save time in loan origination workflows

  • January 23, 2026
  • Review from a verified AWS customer

What is our primary use case?

LeadSquared is primarily used for lead management and loan origination system implementation. In lead management scenarios such as auto sales or real estate, when a customer submits details regarding a real estate project, LeadSquared fetches the information, allowing the sales team to contact them regarding their query.

I am currently working on loan origination system implementation with LeadSquared.

How has it helped my organization?

LeadSquared has created a positive impact on the organization. I have noticed a positive impact as it has increased sales and customer engagement.

What is most valuable?

LeadSquared offers many features based on the selected pricing, whether it is a standard or premium option, allowing users to capture and manage all leads, categorize them into different segments, and ensure no lead goes unnoticed.

LeadSquared helps me categorize leads by capturing them from social media or other platforms. When a lead is captured, the sales team gets in touch with the person who made the inquiry, and when they receive updates via phone call or email, they can update the lead's status automatically through automation.

LeadSquared is currently working on many features including auto WhatsApp messages, chatbot messages, and reporting functionalities, integrating AI for custom reports, and allowing users to master the data and put it into tables.

What needs improvement?

There are not many improvements needed for LeadSquared.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using LeadSquared for one and a half years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

LeadSquared is very stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

LeadSquared's scalability is highly commendable.

How are customer service and support?

The customer support is pretty good.

How would you rate customer service and support?

Negative

What was our ROI?

There is definitely a return on investment. For example, we do not need to manually update tasks since automations are configured to trigger and update the status automatically when specific conditions are met, thus saving both time and money on configurations.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

The pricing, setup cost, and licensing are in line with industry standards. Compared to other top-niche products, they are less, and it is good.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Before choosing LeadSquared, we evaluated a few products including Zoho lead management and Salesforce.

What other advice do I have?

LeadSquared is a must-consider product for anyone willing to buy a lead management or loan origination system. I would rate this product a 9 out of 10.

Which deployment model are you using for this solution?

Private Cloud

If public cloud, private cloud, or hybrid cloud, which cloud provider do you use?

Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Effortless Lead Management and Automation Boost Productivity

  • January 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about LeadSquared is how easy it is to manage and track leads in one place. The automation helps reduce manual work by assigning leads and sending follow-ups automatically. It keeps marketing and sales aligned with clear lead status and activity history. The dashboards are useful for quickly checking performance and priorities. Overall, it makes day-to-day work more organized and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about LeadSquared is that sometimes the system can be slow, especially when loading large lists or switching between screens. Some features are not very intuitive at first, so it takes time to learn them. The mobile app can feel a bit limited compared to the desktop version. A few more easy integrations with other tools would be helpful. Overall it works well, but these things can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadSquared helps solve the problem of losing track of leads and follow-ups. It keeps all lead information in one place and reminds me to take action on time. Because of this, our team doesn’t miss important touchpoints and can respond faster. It also helps us see which campaigns are working, so we can focus on what brings better results. Overall, it has made managing leads much easier and more organized.
