What do you like best about the product?
Now at workfrom home I will be having more than 1000 customer account to handle so to pick the best option from that the advanced filters help me a lot
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes very slow to load and also mobile view is not that upto mark
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All cx recent updates have been updated very fastly in leadsquared. If a cx rejected the proposal 3 months before but he changed the mind and now using the product again we can find it very easily and fastly and can convert that sale

What do you like best about the product?
The system is extremely in depth, has all the functionalities that could be required for a new sales org. Support team and account managers are quite responsive and ready to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Understanding the various functionalities is difficult for a new user. There have been times where new functionalities have had additional commercial implications, making it difficult to experiment or have a trial and error approach. Challenging to integrate with multiple external systems, works best with 1-2.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead management; lead prioritisation, lead allocation. Simplified approach to managing high volumes of leads. Prioritisation has helped target team energy better and improve conversions.

What do you like best about the product?
Has many filters, it also has an appealing appearance. Can get many lead details. Server doesnt get stuck.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lead triggering process is lenghty and confusing. Mobile app is somewhat buggy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Leads are very easily organised and we csn track them easily.

Its very good crm software having many festures, but tskes time to get used to.

What do you like best about the product?
it organises data in a very good manner. it has lot of options to store data and can be filtered data according to our requirement. leads can be stored in different stages for our convience in future. lots of data in any industry can be handled very easily and can be in the form of organized. we have many options to create tabs, lists and many features to personalise our data. advanced search option in lead squared is the best way to pull out data from others by using filters in the same company.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is not much to dislike about the tool. The tabs must be organised as per user requirements. there is no such option as i find. also user should have option to create a stage of his own choice. the price is the only factor which I dislike in the lead squared. it costs around 2,500 INR per user to acquire a basic CRM version. sales CRM is double the price. if you want top-end version then you have to triple the money what you are spending. please get this software only if your company is huge in profits
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i solve a lot of problems using leadsquared. i build a funnel to my sales, create tasks and contact leads accordingly. it also sends us reminders for the tasks we have created and that makes us easy. I also can filter the leads according to my requirement very easily. advanced search is one of the best option in lead squared. tabs and lists can be accessed very easily. quick filters solves many issues by filters
Recommendations to others considering the product:
yes, I would recommend to use CRM for your sales and data. but use it only if you have very big data to handle, else I wouldn't suggest for handling small data. because lead squared is too expensive for small scale industries to spend.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the Automation part of this application, in which we could send emails and SMS based on the leads generated. We are making use of the automation feature of the Leadsquared to send out emails. Prior to this application we usually send the emails manually. Sending individual emails manually usually takes a lot of time and effort on each lead. Now, this software program automatically sends out the emails for the generated leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally voice calls will not record in this application. But this situation arises only sometimes, and the same issue normally resolved by the support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier, we had been using Excel and normal Gmail id to send the email on the leads. And we don't know when the lead arrived at our data bank, therefore we have no idea exactly what the lead has been doing on the web. We began making use of Leadsquared for Lead Managing. Only then do we reviewed other integrations to improve our course of action.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I must recommend this application as it the best CRM and Marketing Automation Software available in the market, which actually fulfill you all need s related to leads management.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the Automation part of the LeadSquared, where we can send emails and SMS based on the lead activity. We use automation feature of the Leadsquared to send emails and SMS based on the lead activity, lead created. Earlier we used to send it manually. It used to take more time to send each mail for each lead separately. Now LeadSquared automation automatically sends the emails and SMS notification for our leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes voice calls won't record in LeadSquared mobile app. It happens once in a while. But support team is available to fix it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier, we were using Microsoft Excel and Gmail. We don't know when the lead came to our database, we don't know what the lead is doing online. We started using Leadsquared for Lead Management.Then we explored other integrations to streamline our process.

This is the best CRM and Marketing Automation Software.

What do you like best about the product?
The operability with existing channels for marketing automation. Leadquared seamlessly integrated with the existing channels used by us for providing us with the complete marketing automation via emails and SMS. The marketing automation through Leadsquared has enabled us to connect actively with the prospect along with the existing system.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there is not much to dislike. The after sales service is good and are available on call for queries related to the product and the specific issues faced by the company. The issues and the tickets raised are addressed on time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The increase in bandwidth after incorporating Leadsquared is remarkable. Now we engage a higher number of leads at any given time then we were able to earlier. Also, the personalized fields and automation equipped us with the ability to increase client engagement and sales closure

What do you like best about the product?
Landing pages, multi-source lead capturing, lead management, marketing campaigns, and reporting all come together in one well-designed package.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports need improvement. Allowing for customisation of reports based on self-selected fields and criterias would be good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing all our leads in one single platform, assigning to Sales team for follow-up, and nurturing leads through marketing campaigns and automation.

What do you like best about the product?
I really liked the Smart Views Feature that lets me customise CRM based on my process. It has a very simple and easy to use interface. I also like the fact that I can use the CRM on my phone as well.The LeadSquared support team has been very prompt in their responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Dashboard/Reports section lacks customisation and would like to utilise that to its fullest potential. Also I would like to see improvements in the Deign of the CRM in future updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to increase productivity and also creating a smooth process of how a lead is entered and how we cater to each one of them.
As per benefits, I realised that because of LeadSquared there has been an increase in productivity in terms of use of data and processes.
Also they have helped me monitor performance of all the users effectively.
