good CRM for all companies
What do you like best about the product?
By using the advanced filters that leadsqured has, accessing client information and their behaviours is really simple. Real-time monitoring also makes things more alluring. Also fantastic are quick filters. The best feature is that managing the leads is quite simple, including lead stages, activity adding, and task management. You can also track down daily information regarding your work. It's incredibly simple to integrate this CRM with IVR tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The management of lead flow is a little challenging, but you can manage and add new leads in mobile CRM. There won't be many views on modification. Customizing the dashboard will be challenging. should improve filter work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadSquared is used by our sales staff to track leads and manage sales. The reports are used to analyse problems and do additional research.
The lead management process is simple and intuitive. Additionally, it is simple to synchronise different platforms. It aids in raising conversion rates and lead follow-up.

Best Project Management Tool for onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
Any company's work is always more productive when it has a proper tool. When I started working for my present company, I was introduced to Rocketlane and started using the device immediately. The dashboard is one of the features I like best since it makes it easy to create numerous charts and cards for each manager's MRR and the number of projects each manager and his team have completed. Notifications are made aware of which tasks are updated. Keeping track of every project is so helpful to me as an implementer!
What do you dislike about the product?
Changes should be made to the status update section. Sometimes it seems easier to deliver trackers to the client via email. There is nothing wrong with the tools or software. It has a solid foundation, and I still anticipate adding new features that make the product easier to use when mobile and hands-on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been working with complicated processes that frequently go unnoticed, and as a result, deadlines were missed, or we could not keep track of them. Things are managed more effectively now that we're happy to utilize Rocketlane, from onboarding to going live and adding dependencies, all while referring to the docs in the same window.

Our sales team uses LeadSquared to manage sales and track leads. The reports are used for further analysis and problem analysis.
Lead management is straightforward and user-friendly. Also, other platforms can be synchronized easily. It helps to improve the conversion rate and take followup of leads.

Nothing like dislike or least helpful. It was an extraordinary software

Helpful in reaching out to the right client at the right time. Eventually it helps to generate high revenue

What do you like best about the product?
Easy access for leads, no need to carry laptop to check upon leads. Can't carry laptop everywhere. It gives reminder of follow ups which is pretty important. Because if we have any early morning follow ups it helps me a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface became difficult, and sometime I have faced some technical glitches, sometimes it takes a lot of time to reload the page. So if you can fixed these things it will became excellent.

Easy access, it always gives timely reminder, check up on leads even early morning, no need to carry laptop everywhere, the dashboard is pretty much helpfull. These are the things which I'm getting from Mobile CRM

Not must. Most of the required features are available. Team is also very supportive.

Problem is not able to direct call from LS and good thing is its very easy to use and connect with customers

What do you like best about the product?
Marketing automation is the best along with the email campaign. It lets us know the interested leads as well as hot prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides in this application. I don't find anything like that.

The most user-friendly software with the best understandable UI, even for a beginner. It helps to create a good sales funnel and conversion.
Amazing web application based CRM !
What do you like best about the product?
Leadsquared is available on all platforms including Windows, Android and Ios which simplifies the process and makes it seamless if you travel a lot like me. The best part is the integrations with multiple other platforms and the support provided by their tech team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile application is a little hard to use and navigate for new users and can be a bit daunting compared to Hubspot or Zoho. Custom filters are also missing right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem solved by this CRM is that it can be used on the go and is browser-based and therefore can be used on a Chromebook which I usually use. This made the transition from Hubspot easy for me.

Easy to use UI, better attention to leads and it's leakage. Prospect management is very easy

Sometimes there is lag in the system and leads transfer takes a bit more time.
