slightly outdated UI and a delay in looking and loading leads when using the software

keeping a track of leads and monitoring the leads for my teams. it is very eassy to monitor everything in real time and update the same.

What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful point of leadsquared is mobile compatiblilty , and easy access anytime anywhere
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes bit time to update lead action comments

Making my tracking easy , easy to client reach by just doing single click
It is very slow and also it's phone app does not work properly

The email facility, that it sends and email to a lead after every DNP

It was slow, can not snooze all the task at once, also does not show pipeline in a systematic way.

To make it more fast and improve its phone app

Its customisable. Almost DIY. You can add as many features as you'd like.

You need a dedicated team to DIY the CRM for you. Their ready to use version isn't the best.

Not using LS right now. We had to switch because of issues.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Leadsquare for almost 2 years now, and I truly like the features. We can make changes to our chat, phoning, and note-taking activities. We may also make a task and follow up if we wish to follow our lead. Through Leadsquare, we are able to track and send letters. You can send the email once we save the material you wish to send in the email library. There are stages in the life cycle. Lead status and other relevant lead information will be accessible. You can examine the information of your leads in smart views, and you can quickly filter the lead status and life cycle stage. The ease of Integration is very good but the ease of implementation is very well. We use ameyo to integrate it with it
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about this tool because it's that good, but if we could call Leadsquare directly, that would be helpful because then we could record the call. Since we deal with a lot of customers every day, it would be beneficial to have dialing options that allow us to call Leadsquare directly.Sometime the customer support is bad
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that we can use Leadsquare to send and track emails, as well as monitor our calling and chat activities to help us reach our goals, makes this technology quite beneficial.

Leadsquared helped us integrate our systems seamlessly. It was extremely easy to set up and get started. And the best feature of lLeadsquared is that the integration with third-party is smooth and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
As such, it is difficult to pinpoint issues with Leadsquared Sales + mobile CRM, but I guess its interface for a first-time user can be a bit overwhelming as its not the simplest.

Leadsquared Sales + mobile CRM has helped us shun repetitive tasks and use their automation to save effort and time. The reports and analytics of the campaigns and performance help is gain valuable insights into our pipeline and help is data-driven decision-making.

Helps to sort all the leads in a single place. Report section helps to fetch timely report on customer usuage and Employee lead usuage.

Sometimes it takes time to load and becomes very slow to use , Mobile does not detects the location while signup remotely .

LeadsSquared is something which every callcentre should go for. Everything is customizable with so many API integrations. The beuty is you can even use in your mobile that too hassle free. It is preety Cool...!!
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes more time to get the customizatios done, The process is lengthier. It also costs more compared to other CRMS. Apart from this I should also sugget that the Team should try reaching to all the clients expect prime one. And should also keep a cost as per market rates. Many better options are available with cheaper rates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was our CRM, we used to float our leads through the same, It was creating opportunities in very simple way. Dialer integration was so easy with them and they were putting everything at one place it was so useful for user as well as administrator to analyz the data and details.
