Smooth Lead Management, Needs Faster Performance

What do you like best about the product?
I use LeadSquared Sales CRM daily in my work in the ed tech sales industry, and I believe it's one of the top CRM tools for managing business in a very easy way. It's excellent for smooth lead management and pin-to-pin data tracking. I like that I can track data very easily and efficiently, and it helps with business growth tracking, maintaining the sales funnel, and tracking employee productivity. As a sales manager, it allows me to manage correct data and monitor my team's performance effortlessly. Another thing I appreciate is that just one day of training is enough to understand how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the application gets down and needs an update to improve its running time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find LeadSquared Sales CRM excellent for smooth lead management, easy data tracking, and monitoring team performance efficiently. It helps maintain sales funnels and track business growth seamlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
I find LeadSquared Sales CRM beneficial because it greatly facilitates information sharing and the generation of insights, particularly after creating master files. This efficiency in processing and sharing data with clients has been invaluable. Furthermore, the tool’s capability to connect with other systems, such as the MYO and other dialers, significantly enhances the dialing process, allowing seamless interaction with customers and streamlining sales operations. I really appreciate the tool's ability to download tagging dumps, enabling me to check customer interactions and effectively classify sales and non-sales business based on tagging. This feature helps in organizing vast amounts of data into meaningful insights, which are crucial for sales strategy formulation. Overall, these functionalities promote a more organized workflow, ensuring that everything I need is at my fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the report customization challenging as it was initially difficult to tailor the data to our needs. There is a significant missing element in the CRM reports, specifically the inability to view all interactions with a customer. This means that if a customer connects multiple times, the report only shows the interaction from the last call. This lack of complete interaction history limits the ability to track attempts made for customer conversion or denial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use LeadSquared Sales CRM to download and classify customer interactions, connect with dialers, and efficiently share insights with clients, enhancing our sales processes.

What do you like best about the product?
LeadSquared automatically classified and scored leads based on their likelihood to convert and routed high-priority leads to the most experienced agents.
The platform sent instant autoresponder emails and allowed agents to follow up quickly through integrated mobile apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
delays in implementation and slow responses or insufficient help from customer support, especially after the sale is completed. Some experienced frequent changes in support representatives or developers during onboarding, leading to confusion and extended setup times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
often lost out on potential conversions because leads from the website, calls, and social media were scattered and sometimes went unnoticed or were followed up too late. With LeadSquared, all leads are automatically captured in one place, scored based on engagement, and routed to the right salesperson for follow-up.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about LeadSquared is how easy it makes it to manage and follow up with leads. You can set it up so that it automatically sends emails, assigns leads to team members, and reminds you to follow up — all without having to do everything manually. This saves us a lot of time and helps us reach out to customers faster.

It’s also really easy to use. Even if someone is new, they can learn how to use it quickly. One feature I really like is that it shows what each customer is doing — like if they opened an email or visited our website — so our sales team knows who to focus on.

Another good thing is that it works well with other tools we already use, like email and WhatsApp, so everything stays connected. Easily Implement. Good Customer Support. Daily Using.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the system runs a bit slow, especially when there’s a lot of information to load. It can be a little frustrating when you're in a hurry.

Also, there are many features, which is great, but it can be confusing at first. You might need someone to explain how to use everything properly.

The mobile app is helpful, but it doesn’t have all the options that the computer version has. So if you’re working from your phone, you might feel a bit limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we started using LeadSquared, it was hard to keep track of all the people who showed interest in our business. Sometimes we forgot to call them back or reply to their messages, and we lost good customers because of that.

Now, with LeadSquared, everything is in one place. It reminds us when to call or message someone, and sometimes it even sends messages by itself. So we don’t forget or miss anyone.

It also shows us which people are really interested — like who opened our emails or visited our website — so we know who to talk to first.

In short, it saves us time and helps us get more customers by keeping us organized and on top of things.

What do you like best about the product?
LeadSquared Sales CRM stands out for its simplicity and customization. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy for new users to onboard quickly. One of the best features is the smart automation workflows — they save a lot of time and help ensure follow-ups never fall through the cracks. The lead capture from various channels (website, email, phone, campaigns) is seamless, and tracking lead stages is visually effective. Additionally, the mobile app is highly responsive and helps our field team stay updated in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is quite robust, the reporting module could use some improvement. Custom report creation can be a bit tricky and time-consuming, especially when trying to filter or group data across multiple parameters. Some integrations (like third-party calling solutions) require technical support, which may slow down implementation. Also, real-time syncing occasionally lags in high-volume data uploads, which could affect large-scale campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadSquared helps streamline our lead nurturing process, ensures no follow-up is missed, and provides complete visibility into the sales pipeline. It has significantly improved lead conversion rates by automating repetitive tasks and providing timely reminders. It also helps in tracking field sales activities and understanding performance trends across teams. The ability to centralize communication from multiple channels (email, phone, web forms) has reduced manual efforts and improved response times.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is very easy to use and carry all aspects that I required. I use on daily basis, tracking and capturing of leads is very easy and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major but speed of the apllication sometime is slow and application crashes sometimes.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using leadsquared for a year for one of my client for lead manangement & it has been really amazing CRM to use. With Ease of use and proper lead management. We get all details of lead stages and history in the CRM. Customer Support has been really good for the CRM. Easy to Implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it crash down and takes more time to load the data in the CRM. Duplicate leads are sometimes not updated properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me to properly managing the lead journery and managing everything in one place. It has been a very effective tool for leads management.

Efficient and Comprehensive CRM for Streamlined Lead Management

What do you like best about the product?
Earilier I was working with Excel, so lots of tasks were missed and I was not able to do follow-ups on time. I was losing the potential closures, but lead squared solved all this.

I got the talktime report I want to check daily, weekly, monthly, and years as well, but earlier was not possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
LSQ have to work on the mobile application. There many bugs.

We can't copy the data beacuse it's encrypted. I have to download the dump data everytime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proper lead management, lack of delay on follow-ups. 
Getting reminders for the priority leads.
Create a list to categorise the funnel of leads like ( Prospect, Intersted, Warm, Hot).
Analyse the daily productivity for an individual.

What do you like best about the product?
Leadsquare has been instrumental in effectively managing lead profiles. Without it, I would not have been able to nurture leads as successfully, from creating prospects and maintaining follow-ups to closing deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I do not personally dislike the system, there are certain aspects where only the manager has access, limiting our ability to make changes to leads. Although this can be challenging, it is not disappointing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Leadsquare addresses the major task of maintaining leads in Excel or sheets. It also allows us to set follow-up call reminders, synced with our email IDs, ensuring timely follow-ups. Additionally, accessing a lead's profile provides all details and previous conversations, simplifying our workflow.
