Efficient and Comprehensive CRM for Streamlined Lead Management

What do you like best about the product?
Earilier I was working with Excel, so lots of tasks were missed and I was not able to do follow-ups on time. I was losing the potential closures, but lead squared solved all this.

I got the talktime report I want to check daily, weekly, monthly, and years as well, but earlier was not possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
LSQ have to work on the mobile application. There many bugs.

We can't copy the data beacuse it's encrypted. I have to download the dump data everytime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proper lead management, lack of delay on follow-ups. 
Getting reminders for the priority leads.
Create a list to categorise the funnel of leads like ( Prospect, Intersted, Warm, Hot).
Analyse the daily productivity for an individual.

What do you like best about the product?
Leadsquare has been instrumental in effectively managing lead profiles. Without it, I would not have been able to nurture leads as successfully, from creating prospects and maintaining follow-ups to closing deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I do not personally dislike the system, there are certain aspects where only the manager has access, limiting our ability to make changes to leads. Although this can be challenging, it is not disappointing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Leadsquare addresses the major task of maintaining leads in Excel or sheets. It also allows us to set follow-up call reminders, synced with our email IDs, ensuring timely follow-ups. Additionally, accessing a lead's profile provides all details and previous conversations, simplifying our workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
Leadsquared is comparitively is easier to use and provides a great customer support the implementation time is about 1 month which is fair and has enough features to fullfill the requirements and the integration is quite seemless.
What do you dislike about the product?
priceing is the major factor which needs to be improved as they are many players in the market providing similar features for the lesser cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me with the follows up the lead and buliding my pipeline , the user interface is quite user friendly and the integartion reduces the redundancy of day to day task .

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about LSQ is the interface , the user interface is soo good that everything will be available at your convenience. The Advance search and saved filters is a feature which will enhance the sales representative productivity. There are lot other features like activity management , source analysis,managing leads etc.The LSQ team offers a top notch support and training whenever required as well
What do you dislike about the product?
The major drawback of leadsquared is , there is no option to open different filters at the same time in different tabs , which is a very big problem

The crm helps in managing our customers database and also it drives the sales of our company. There are lot of ways through which we are benifitted , to exactly mention it saves a lot of time and provides a good analysis which will forecast the company's performance

It is easy to use and understand. Simple process and integration makes it helpful for businesses.

The solution's report section is not very capable and could be improved.

I have been using LeadSquared for three and a half years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

I rate the solution’s stability a five or six out of ten.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

The solution's scalability has majorly impacted our company's growth. More than 200 users are using LeadSquared in our organization.

I rate the solution an eight out of ten for scalability.

How are customer service and support?

The technical support team responds immediately, but it takes them 10 to 15 days to provide a technical resolution to our issues.

On a scale from one to ten, where one is difficult and ten is easy, I rate the solution's initial setup six and a half to seven out of ten.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

The solution's pricing is not cheap, but it's moderate. LeadSquared is not as costly as other CRM solutions.

What other advice do I have?

We started using LeadSquared's basic functions. Currently, we are using the solution's features, such as automation, reports, automated emails, and marketing sections, which have increased our efficiency. LeadSquared has helped streamline our marketing campaigns. We initially didn't have marketing strategies or a platform with landing pages, but this changed after we started using LeadSquared.

LeadSquared is a SaaS based solution.

Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.

What is our primary use case?

LeadSquared is our central CRM system, in which leads from across platforms are captured and stored. It's our central system for calling and collecting leads.

What is most valuable?

The most valuable feature of LeadSquared is the customization. Since it's a frugal organization, the tool can be customized to my requirements.

What needs improvement?

The solution’s UI could be more user-friendly.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using LeadSquared for four years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

LeadSquared is a very stable solution.

I rate the solution’s stability an eight out of ten.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

More than 500 users use LeadSquared in our organization.

I rate the solution an eight out of ten for scalability.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I have previously used Salesforce. LeadSquared is cost-effective as compared to Salesforce.

The solution's initial setup is straightforward and not so complicated.

We were able to set up the solution within a month.

What was our ROI?

We are continuing to use the solution and driving value out of it. With LeadSquared, we have a central view of all customers, and we are able to market them better.

Since we use the enterprise solution, a lot of costs are involved. However, we use it because it helps us with our use case. We have an annual renewable license for LeadSquared.

What other advice do I have?

The solution’s integration capabilities are very good. Recommending the solution to other users depends on the organization's budget and future aspirations. It also depends on how the organization wants to integrate the solution with the marketing cloud and its technology stack. I would recommend LeadSquared to a small organization that doesn't have an infrastructure in place.

Overall, I rate the solution a seven out of ten.
