What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and understand. Simple process and integration makes it helpful for businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer support and assigned stake holders needs to be more quick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main purpose was for to generate leads intergrating it from websites and pass it to relevant sales reps to get it converted.

Has an easy-to-understand user interface

What is most valuable?

The most valuable feature of LeadSquared is an easy-to-understand user interface.

What needs improvement?

The solution's report section is not very capable and could be improved.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using LeadSquared for three and a half years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

I rate the solution’s stability a five or six out of ten.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

The solution's scalability has majorly impacted our company's growth. More than 200 users are using LeadSquared in our organization.

I rate the solution an eight out of ten for scalability.

How are customer service and support?

The technical support team responds immediately, but it takes them 10 to 15 days to provide a technical resolution to our issues.

How was the initial setup?

On a scale from one to ten, where one is difficult and ten is easy, I rate the solution's initial setup six and a half to seven out of ten.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

The solution's pricing is not cheap, but it's moderate. LeadSquared is not as costly as other CRM solutions.

What other advice do I have?

We started using LeadSquared's basic functions. Currently, we are using the solution's features, such as automation, reports, automated emails, and marketing sections, which have increased our efficiency. LeadSquared has helped streamline our marketing campaigns. We initially didn't have marketing strategies or a platform with landing pages, but this changed after we started using LeadSquared.

LeadSquared is a SaaS based solution.

Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.

Great CRM Tool for managing large number of leads

What do you like best about the product?
Used in while working in Unacademy (Indian Ed-tech company)
Profile- Sales
usage- used leadsquare for 7-8 hours a day

The interface in simple & easy to navigate.

Quick Filter Section- Creating custom filter makes it very easy to navigate relevant leads, facilitates quick response on real time basis.

Real time update on leads- any activity on a lead/prosppective customer was updated on real time basis which helps in quick reponse

Email communication- email sending email via lead square helped while some leads were unreponsive or unreachabble. additionally we could also see see if email was opened/ was any activity done on email.

Acitivity log- helps to undertand the efforts dedicated to a lead via calling / emailing, ensuring a lead is tracked till fully exshauted & also ensuring relevant communication gap is maintained between communications so we do not over/under touchbase a lead
example- my role involved calling students preparing for competitive exams & pitching over courses. With logs I was able to undertand my last touch point with the lead. If a lead is calling twice in a day and went unresponsive then calling then on same day would not be a great idea since we called over 100-200 leads in a day we could not keep a manual track of how many time the leads was touch based.
So logs were exteremly helpful.

Lead quality score & enagagement level - helpful for qualifying the leads & predicting conversion rate


Task- adding follow up task was helpful for lead conversion.

Notes- Adding notes post each activity helps to track previous concversion & pick up next conversion from the same place
also adds great source for recordinga feedback

Hot/warm/cold/DND- qualifying leads under these section helps to segregate leads for action based on urgency

Dashboard- great for lead overview & tracking new incoming leads
What do you dislike about the product?
1. For calling every lead a separate tab needs to open resulting in opening way to many tabs on the browser. It becomes a quite difficult to nagivate between leads simultaneously and work on multiple leads at same time

have a option to call/email without opeing a new tab would definately save some time time & efforts

2. Faced issues were leadsquare would not work apporpriately & hang due to multiple tabs

3. Limition on number of quick filters
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead managment for large number of leads & improving conversion
My role involved connecting with 100-200 leads every day, manually tracking communication/activities with these many leads in not realisitic. With leadsqaure we could manage this and also convert leads into sales.

Leadsquare has some amazing features such as bulk sms , bulk whatsapp message and very simplyfied

Accountability of leads was not that great

It helps to remind about my company to new leads come to my company through great features such as bulk msm and bulk actions

The best part of leadsquared is their customer support team which helped us setup the entire platform in a few days.

Hope there were more self learning options to self onbaord and teach the team

It has great automations which have decreased redundant tasks while dealing with leads

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to implement. Easy to understand. Doesn't take a lot of time for the employees to get trained. Provides ease of access to data and insights. Helps in customer support due to ease of integration and notes insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Discrepancy in data at times. No Predictive insights or analysis. Can be helpful in sales.

Helping the sales performance improve with the ease of integration, record of data, insights from past and the best is, everything's at one place like a one-stop solution.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Leadsquare for almost 2 years now, and I truly like the features. We can make changes to our chat, phoning, and note-taking activities. We may also make a task and follow up if we wish to follow our lead. Through Leadsquare, we are able to track and send letters. You can send the email once we save the material you wish to send in the email library. There are stages in the life cycle. Lead status and other relevant lead information will be accessible. You can examine the information of your leads in smart views, and you can quickly filter the lead status and life cycle stage. The ease of Integration is very good but the ease of implementation is very well. We use ameyo to integrate it with it
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about this tool because it's that good, but if we could call Leadsquare directly, that would be helpful because then we could record the call. Since we deal with a lot of customers every day, it would be beneficial to have dialing options that allow us to call Leadsquare directly.Sometime the customer support is bad
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that we can use Leadsquare to send and track emails, as well as monitor our calling and chat activities to help us reach our goals, makes this technology quite beneficial.
