One of the best CRM out there
What do you like best about the product?
Its intuitive interface and comprehensive features make it a game-changer for our business. What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using this CRM for quite a while now but for someone who started using this recently, the user interface is somewhat complex and may require a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automation capabilities have saved us significant time and effort by streamlining repetitive tasks. The analytics and reporting features provide valuable insights into our sales pipeline and enable data-driven decision-making. The customer support is top-notch, always responsive and helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
its best customer realtionship management tool , for managing leads , for apply sales activity ,Tracking the sales againt for his location , Easy to operate , login anywhere , in any device ,desktop or mobile , its the best part i love .
What do you dislike about the product?
im dislike , when we are apply any activities on any lead is , following ,or followup ,its directly change lead stage , Automatically ,Automation by system ,its is difficult to find any lead by applying filter
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
leadsquared is helping in the form where we can easily maintain our leads and marking the activities , it also helping in tracking of location of a sales person ,who all are working on field ,like FOS .

The 360 Degree solution for lead management, sales & business funnels tracking, mobile support and marketing provided by LeadSquared is top-notch, above par in the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only limitation with LeadSquared regards the customizations and complexity in setting up the system with domestic ERP and integrations with internal databases

LeadSquared helped us in managing the leads, outbounds, business funnel analytics and marketing automation to track and take better decision efficiently and effectively
It's a great CRM for the sales force
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, Customizable to some extent. Easy integrations & very good for keeping a view of your leads and team. I have recommended this tool to so many people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing very specific, It used to have a few glitches & bugs when I previously used it but I'm sure the newer version doesn't have the same issues. As I said it was one of my first Crm tool and it was a good one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From capturing leads to understanding their activities better with the lead score it was easy enough. Also you cust customise a filter to have a better understanding almost anytime.
Do more Sale with LeadSquared CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Leadsquared is the best platform for the sales domain where we can identify interested leads. Here we have many filters, so we can find potential clients which will help to generate revenue. We can create new ones from the existing clients using the "Quick Add" filter.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets hanging and takes more time to restore. The dialer integration disconnects automatically at times. We can add only 20 quick filters in the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use LeadSquared Sales CRM to drive my sales pipeline regularly by creating quality prospects after doing lead filtration. I can manage all my existing clients for referral networking. My productivity is captured by LeadSquared CRM which is considered for my performance graphing.
Maximizing your sales efforts with Leadsquared
What do you like best about the product?
Definitely the best part about leadsquared is the way it allows me to manage my leads. I can schedule reminders, automate emails and followups, and I can track all the stages of my leads, which is very efficient, as it takes literally not even a minute. It has helped me get maximum output with optimized efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's pricing, defintely. I feel leadsquared's commercials is a bit expense that other CRM in the market like Zoho, etc. Apart from that leadsquared is amazing and very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
even after putting a lot of efforts in our products, we weren't seeing good results in terms of sales, we understood there was a problem in the way we were approaching our leads, and the problem was that we weren't managing our leads properly(tracking, stages, etc) We then started using Leadsquared and let the data speak for itself. We could clearly see then, where do we need to put our maximum efforts on. We automated our marketing through email automation, and started tracking everything, and guess what we saw amazing results, we maximized our sales with leadsquared.

What do you like best about the product?
Leadsquared is one of the best tool to manage analyse and process all the leads in the pipeline. One of the best and leading automation marketing tool. It makes the work easy and bring in more productivity overall
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to use leadsquared in a low internet connectivity. More innovative automation needed. And can add more filter that enables to access to the lead that we want to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It simplified by giving the lead captured details and has filters which is time saving. Easily can be collaborated with other apps which increase the efficiency of work.
SIMPLE YET POWERFUL CRM
What do you like best about the product?
LeadSquared is best for its customization and its reliability. Thousands of customer data can be effectively handled with the help of LeadSqured CRM. The customer interactions are neatly captured and reported in the Lead details regularly. The manage leads option offers us the complete hold of our leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
LeadSquared freezes at some times and shows an error code window. The Mobile CRM is not compatible with daily usage suitable for urgent work. I face delays in the integration of LeadSquared with other tools.

I use LeadSquared Sales as a corporate CRM for managing my client data. It is a digital contact diary of all our clients with contact numbers and email IDs. The customer conversations with the company are recorded, and we can add notes for future reference. We can also add task to the leads for future reminders.

What do you like best about the product?
Leadsquared sales help to capture lead information in a detailed manner so that we can understand a customer profile easily before reaching them, it also has a recording capture option to listen to the pervious call recording
What do you dislike about the product?
The filters to find the right set of leads are quite hard, and learning the filter, it take more time, if they introduce more options like smart views it will be easy for the beginners

Leadsquared sales help me in managing leads easily, it also helps to filter and follow up the leads for a long time. in my opinion, it is one of the best CRM tools I used

What do you like best about the product?
Leadsquare helps me in making a new lead to the system and to use it to know the info of the person to whom we are contacting for generating sales and making pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dislike is once you click to call a lead through the software, the call connects to the mobile and it takes a little more time than the usual. For every lead info we have to open a new tab to take info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in giving a larger picture of the individual to whom we are making calls. Also it relects that how many calls and followups are already taken or the lead is fresh or already used.
