What do you like best about the product?
The best about LeadSquared Sales + Mobile CRM is that it is elementary to use for Sales Domain, and also it is effortless to assign the leads to my teammates; the most valuable one is that we can easily add multiple filters to give proper pointers to my teammates
What do you dislike about the product?
The dislike about LeadSquared Sales + Mobile CRM- It hangs a lot, and the support team is tough to reach; apart from nothing much I dislike about Lead Squared Sales + Mobile CRM
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Leadsquared for managing my leads and distributing the information to my teammates, To give the call audits to my team members, and it is more beneficial for Lead capture.

What do you like best about the product?
Exact tracing all leads & their different stages along their entire journey. Track of individual field staffs exact location and their activities in the field. Their are others competitors in market but leadsquad is so simple and easy to manage from any platform like ur mobile or pc.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's required another app to track the calls and massages and also not unable to make recording of each and every calls. Need to upgrade and remove the bugs to make easily recording
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's quite helpful for me to track each and every leads which I create and manage its journey from creating to close the deal. Leadsquad helps reminds me to follow up my leads which helps to make a deal. It's awesome 👍

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, Easy to capture all the details lead, upload of all the excel data, Mobile client for quick updates and Main dashboard to view what is happening.
What do you dislike about the product?
Struggled with cloud telephony integration ( knowlarity), No CPQ Integration like Zuoura etc. Not much of AI Powered alerts to sales peole like Clari does it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing all leads, opportunities in one place, Pipeline and forecast management, using it for mailers as well. Complete activity management of SDR Teams done.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about LeadSquared is that it reduces our efforts in picking the correct lead for easy sales. The smart views option helps us with hot leads, follow-up leads, new leads categorization for better client handling.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to list as a dislike about LeadSquared, LeadSquared is also a corporate who provide features respective to the prices, if you want to enjoy more benefits you need to pay more money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadSquared is a highly user-friendly CRM tool that helps me manage my leads effectively. I handle all my client data, user reports, and sales pipelines with LeadSquared. I also track all my performance data like my sales achievement, daily productivity, email campaigns in LeadSquared.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps us prioritise work and manage call logs per the notes saved in the account.
Call records feature
We can link Whatsapp notifications to our leadsqaured account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lead can be transferrable. This is something issue in terms of sales.
Sometimes call records doesn't found.
Every call should be recorded for sales purposes.
Otherwise great app
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In sales, it is essential to remember customer and salesperson discussions.
Leadsqaured helps me a lot in these cases to remember and shows the follow-up notes for every lead.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked how one can easily manage existing and new potential clients with various engagement features being provided by LeadSquared, like Lead Score, Stage, Emails, Texts, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the platform is good, but most of the interface looks outdated and quite boring, this is something that can be worked upon and will make the platform more interactive and intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in the sales operations department, and it helped me in analysing the lead pipeline that the company had and how it can be optimised to make it more frutiful.

What do you like best about the product?
Leadsquared has a very easy to navigate dashboard. It's ability to support both marketing and sales functionalities is extremely useful. It's lead scoring mechanism is easy when it comes to prioritizing reach-outs and the lead history can be accessed through a single dashboard which is very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
LeadSqaured's marketing functionality, such as the landing page builder, is excellent with a drag and drop low code no code feature, however, it can be limited as compared to other solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadSquared as a CRM is very holistic and, in my opinion, one of the easiest CRMs to work with. Its lead-capturing functionality is very efficient. For marketing leads such as events or webinars, it is easy to track the status of each lead using tags and filters, which is very clunky when it comes to hubspot or SFDC.

What do you like best about the product?
The First and the best Customer Relationship Management tool I used in my career. I learned how to categorize the leads as per their interest and requirement. It has many stages to manage our resources efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes LeadSquared lagged too much; it takes time to reload, and the mobile version also not works appropriately, it works well with tablets and in mobile phones only when we turn on desktop mode
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this platform to manage the leads given to me and drive the sales cycle efficiently. I create a sales pipeline and track it through this CRM tool. It records all the voice conversations and email conversations with the clients, making me recall the clients' profile every time.

What do you like best about the product?
Multiple filters can be easily created. If you use them very often, all the filters can be saved on the right side.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it becomes challenging as the filters can confuse you and not give you the desired result. A bit of a TDS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of calling directly rather than opening a second tool for calling. Easy to track your teammates with optimum efficiency. The dashboard is also helpful in seeing which lead has done some recent activities.

Good CRM for Marketing Campaigns

What do you like best about the product?
I have used this CRM in my previous firm for Marketing campaigns and automation. This has more key features around custom email templates, scheduling mass email campaigns, landing page building, lead tracking, campaign analytics, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across any downsides as I was using this CRM for almost 2 years as a power user. Not sure if this is rectified now - we don't get notified when the email credits are about to be exhausted.
