Simplify Client handling : LeadSquared
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how one can easily manage existing and new potential clients with various engagement features being provided by LeadSquared, like Lead Score, Stage, Emails, Texts, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the platform is good, but most of the interface looks outdated and quite boring, this is something that can be worked upon and will make the platform more interactive and intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in the sales operations department, and it helped me in analysing the lead pipeline that the company had and how it can be optimised to make it more frutiful.
One of the most efficient sales enablement tools
What do you like best about the product?
Leadsquared has a very easy to navigate dashboard. It's ability to support both marketing and sales functionalities is extremely useful. It's lead scoring mechanism is easy when it comes to prioritizing reach-outs and the lead history can be accessed through a single dashboard which is very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
LeadSqaured's marketing functionality, such as the landing page builder, is excellent with a drag and drop low code no code feature, however, it can be limited as compared to other solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadSquared as a CRM is very holistic and, in my opinion, one of the easiest CRMs to work with. Its lead-capturing functionality is very efficient. For marketing leads such as events or webinars, it is easy to track the status of each lead using tags and filters, which is very clunky when it comes to hubspot or SFDC.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very straightforward and has an easy UI. It costs much less that other CRMs and offers capabilities at par with its competitors
What do you dislike about the product?
We happen to find a few bugs here and there occasionally. But these are very small bugs that gets resolved quickly

It tracks the life cycle of a lead and helps the sales team keep track of their prospects. Great way to track the progress of a lead to customer

Flexibility in creating flows that work for our processes

Some customer flows in post Sales area take more time to develop. More flexibilty can be present here

Customer Onboarding funnel is completely captured in LSQ and it is quite useful. We get the detailed view and a snapshot for the managers
Best CRM tool to manage leads efficiently
What do you like best about the product?
This is one of the best CRM tools to manage leads efficiently. It makes the addition of the leads and tracking their sales journey very easy and manageable for a beginner as well
What do you dislike about the product?
Exporting and Importing bulking customer data base is a difficult task as the fields or columns should match the sample downloadable file and this makes it challenging when there are lot of data to be imported

The most important benefit will be managing the leads efficiently and exactly knowing which stage a particular lead is at and this helps in the business growth.
Decent Lead Management Tool with some great features
What do you like best about the product?
It helped me create modules for marketing and customer experience, integrate it with our backend and manage the lead generation process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their modules are limited when it comes to customer service, most of the modules they have are on marketing and lead generation.

It helped us streamlines our lead generation and management process, we were using multiple tools and manual processes to process leads through the sales journey.

What do you like best about the product?
Great way to track the productivity of your team through geo tracking. Also, the mobile CRM lets me update the status of the lead on the go and on the need to open the computer.

Love all the things about it. There is nothing bad.

Helps us track the lead activity every moment in case the sales person is not available.
Best CRM for managing Leads
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is the customization of lead fields as per own nomenclature. The assigning of leads is so simple that the next agent can easily check the previous agent's remarks and notes, which helps in conversation and converting the lead. It saves a lot of manual data typing work as a lot of communication and tasks can be automated.
What do you dislike about the product?
None as such, it's just a bit too pricy as compared to it's competitors but again, it provides a great solution for lead management
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem where the leads coming into the system is automated and not a lot of manual work is going into managing the lead data is solved by implementing Lead Square as a Lead Capture and it also helps in improving sales performance. With more features one can automate communication to the users as well through their own brand.
