What do you like best about the product?
Filter game- Admistrator can check the tiniest detail of the user on lead squared

easy to use - for user /salesperson

Customization-- the best part is customization for both user as well as administrator
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much about dislike but they can improve their UI design by adding multiple good-looking buttons.

Although they also have a little time-consuming system. because of various filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are not many problems but yes they can improve and make it less time-consuming.

They should also work on lead clone,,

And can work on their UI design to look more attractive.

What do you like best about the product?
Leadsquared's customization options, and ability to track and manage sales leads on the go. Plus, easy interface and ability to report all factors of the leads as well as employee performance
What do you dislike about the product?
The CRM had many changes from time to time which made it hard to be consistent in the processes. As a salesperson's pov - it had many loopholes that employees can leverage. And sometimes it had very rigid UI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem in LeadSquared Sales + Mobile CRM - Very rigid updates in UI sometimes, Not an advance looking UI, Glitches at times, No data backup at times of poor connections, Many loopholes

Benefits - Very easy to understand the process, once used properly was best to ensure your performance - if the problem was lead or sales person can be easily understood with integration features with multiple other software like scheduling and reporting and calling too

What do you like best about the product?
The organized way how their UI itself helps a salesperson to work efficiently. It is very much simple and straightforward. There are numerous powerful filters to reach out to your target easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be very honest that is a very lame question. Because LS is the best. But yea I can give a suggestion. There can be certain preset activities available for quick marking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First of all, LS reduces the effort of searching and sorting prospects. Marking activities and tasks is very easy. And since it is linked with your mail you don't need to mark it separately in your calender.

*it's easy to keep track of all the leads.
* We can see end-to-end conversations with customers.
*easy to use for everyone.

*They need to make their website more attrective.
*All the team members can see the whole conversation with the customer and try to reach out to the same with other offer and discount.

Best lead management tool which helps and gives timely reminders to connect with clients

The user interface was not upto the mark.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is easy to understand and use
It provides comprehensive and informative dashboard of all the campaigns
Customization of fields, email marketing, and lead capture pages are feature rich and easy to set up and create.
What do you dislike about the product?
It loads pretty slowly.
LS Servers are down occasionally
Mobile CRM needs to be improved
Costing structure should improve.
Issues with the speed of the systems at times.

Our sales team uses LeadSquared to manage sales and track leads. The reports are used for further analysis and problem analysis.
Lead management is straightforward and user-friendly. Also, other platforms can be synchronized easily. It helps to improve the conversion rate and take followup of leads.

Amazing web application based CRM !

What do you like best about the product?
Leadsquared is available on all platforms including Windows, Android and Ios which simplifies the process and makes it seamless if you travel a lot like me. The best part is the integrations with multiple other platforms and the support provided by their tech team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile application is a little hard to use and navigate for new users and can be a bit daunting compared to Hubspot or Zoho. Custom filters are also missing right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem solved by this CRM is that it can be used on the go and is browser-based and therefore can be used on a Chromebook which I usually use. This made the transition from Hubspot easy for me.
