Excellent headless CMS platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like hygraph due to its simple UI so that anyone can easily learn to handle it. Creation of pages are simple adding images connection with 3rd party like cloudinary is also possible which is easy to maintain our assets. Customer support is good as they quickly resolved our issues with the invites.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't any yet but there are chances of improvements in the AI generative content and AI suggestion as sometimes chatgpt generation was very slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hygraph resolves cms management issue and that can easily integrate with our headless pwa since it generates graphql to connect with any pwa solution.

A flexible headless CMS wth great experience for all stakeholders.
What do you like best about the product?
The array of features for the content peeps. Versioning, asset management, publishing workflows, etc. Also, the available documentation is quite extensive and helps me learn Hygraph independently. I need to mention the customer support and sales team as well, they were super helpful and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes, probably because we've started using it recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a house to all our content.
Simple, intuitive, and powerful CMS
What do you like best about the product?
The GUI, documentation, and support is wonderful. Our developers building the website, and our marketers using the website, both teams love the Hygraph. It is extremely easy to implement. There are also a lot of features that the product/app owners can benefit from. Our teams use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't there's any downside to be honest.

It has a simple interface and a wonderful support team that helps us in deploying performing websites for our clients.

Best headless content management system out there
What do you like best about the product?
It has a very flexible system with models, and it's very easy to customise.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve to use the system, you need to understand the concept of models and contents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It as very good GraphQL api, using which let me to efficient quering to fetch only the required data, for a content management system that can have huge amount of data.
From zero to launch in 2 weeks
What do you like best about the product?
Hygraph helped us launch the Vantagio platform in only two weeks. During this time we had some questions about modeling our data (this is the first time we use this technology), but the support on Slack helped us to optimize every time that we needed and we focused on building the best platform for our clients. Now, we recommend anyone to use Hygraph instead of other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that docs are very basic, maybe improving the docs with complex cases, and examples with many different types of use can improve the onboarding of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to develop an MVP. At the start, we considered the use of Hygraph only for the MVP and building a back office in the future, but the client loved Hygraph and decided to maintain it. The time of build to deliver and use of GraphQL helps us to focus on the product.
It's a good service, but quite expensive depending on where you live
What do you like best about the product?
The free tiers are amazing, its very easy to use and to integrate with SSR frameworks such as NextJS or Sveltekit. Customer support is also quite good, even though they take a while to answer (I guess it's because i don't pay, but they still answer, so thumbs up for you!).
What do you dislike about the product?
I live in Brazil. Hygraph is VERY expensive. Most micros, small and middle size companies simply can't afford it. My services are of software on demand but I can't offer your service even though is very good because of the costs. And I do believe you don't adapta your UI to other languages too, that's another big fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having blogs with ease and having a platform where I can simply add new content with ease.
Excellent developer experience
What do you like best about the product?
Hygraph was a breeze to setup - From the setup via the dashboard of configuring your schema and creating content it was extreme straightforward. It was easy enough to actually co-configure this with our client live. The developer experience is also excellent - we went from setup to an integrated CMS in our web application in less than 2hrs. The integrated API playground was also helpful to pre-test our queries to ensure we got the queries just right.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think anything I dislike about Hygraph. Perhaps a user guide specific to creating a markdown renderer using Hygraph's best practices might have helped, but we built our own and easily reuse it on any customer site that we deploy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The customer's that we build apps for are usually not technical or plan to have a non-technical person curating and managing content. Hygraph provided an easy to use dashboard and workflow (draf to published) that allowed them to manage content with very little training. This also eliminated the need to develop any content management interfaces.
Great software, great support team, highly recommend
What do you like best about the product?
Hygraph is easy to use and has a great support that helped me with any issues I had. It was easy to implement, both the sales, product and technical teams liked it. It has all the features that we require for a CMS system.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
