Closing the job cards is very easy as compared with another platform. I

Nothing, it will be hard to close some weekly PPM work orders as we do not have option to close it together

Tracking and monitoring of our daily job cards and monthly PPM can be easily notified and which will help to complete all the job on time without having any delay

there is nothing bad about maximo as i have been using thsi for 3 yesra in the past and i was enjoying lot to using as i was able to get all the required data.

as far as i know we can get everything data that we want and its more important in logistics and supply chain that when we deal with vendors and stock management.

What do you like best about the product?
Integrated modules in maximo helps the user to utilize maximum features in minimum amount of time. Tools being used by me are Work orders tracking, procurement, Preventive maintenance etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that is sometime anoying is auto logged out feature. while using any module or writing a detailed reporting, if it gets logged out, all writing disappers. so this feature should be disabled or auto saving should be enabled.
I have used another CMMS software where there was a feature of auto PR in procurement if the stock reaches minimum level. I think this feature is missing.
Another feature can be added, if a user raises emergency PR, email should be automatically floated to management for approval.

CMMS utlization is for maintenance records, procurement, store, stocks etc
Monitoring is never been this easy
What do you like best about the product?
Its an asset management tool. Interface is super friendly to use. Deployment is not rocket science of maximo. Customer support is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally felt maximo can improve in the area where we feel the need to handle big amount of data. This is subjective opinion and can vary from person to person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Incident tracking, multiple project activities tracking, analytics are super convenient and helpful.

quick RFQ and PO generation, inventory integration and PO closure are most benefits tool to minimize the time of acquiring total cost of money

Commands are flexible to use and very portable. It is a user friendly mechanism.

Some modules are not interconnected and this make very little difference.

I've solved some problems of inventory management and created a library of all instruments to be in my reach.
