What do you like best about the product?
Its an asset management tool. Interface is super friendly to use. Deployment is not rocket science of maximo. Customer support is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally felt maximo can improve in the area where we feel the need to handle big amount of data. This is subjective opinion and can vary from person to person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Incident tracking, multiple project activities tracking, analytics are super convenient and helpful.

Commands are flexible to use and very portable. It is a user friendly mechanism.

Some modules are not interconnected and this make very little difference.

I've solved some problems of inventory management and created a library of all instruments to be in my reach.

The Dashboard and the program finds more relevant and productive in the process of business profile.

There is nothing I can describe as dislike in this platform as I am not able to find the same in this product.

It's a great software to realize the factor for Asset management and when it becomes commercial it turned out to be more productive and decrease the downtime process by 20%.

What do you like best about the product?
The way IBM manage assets and guide us how to use resource properly and proper planing. Work order management is most valuable feature of the IBM Maximo. One of the best in market.
What do you dislike about the product?
The IBM maximo not work with throughout life cycle so this is disadvantage of IBM Maximo. Please focus on this things. Overall performance is good and new features can be implemented.

What do you like best about the product?
It a cloud-based solution so that you can access it from anywhere. It's easy to learn the system. It's also easy to manage assets based on their life cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its pricing is a little bit expensive. sometimes it's hard to afford for small businesses.

IBM maxio helps us to manage both our hardware and software assets in our organization. we can easily map the assets or resources to our entity.

I really recommend IBM Maximo for enterprises to use IMB maxio for enterprise asset management because of it's easy-to-use asset life cycle management and rich functionality.
It's quite user friendly and systematic.

The graphical representation on the home screen is super exciting.

I do need to refresh again and again to check any list i.e. spare part list, procurement items, etc. It should be updated automatically.

The main benefits which we are getting are the systematic and easy approach for the commencement of work and data saving which's quite helpful.
IBM Maximo Review
What do you like best about the product?
Maximo is the best tool from IBM. The user interface is simple and easy to understand. Ticket creation is simple with Maximo and routing multiple tickets at the same time is quite a good facility to have. Maximo's Work and Asset management capabilities are so good. Another good thing is IBM provides the best customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The standard reports are limited and there is no easy way to generate custom reports without programming experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, Maximo is a good tool from IBM. I like the feature that, Maximo is extremely customizable. You can configure it to your company's needs in a very detailed way and it has a lot of different functions, from analyzing asset portfolios, tracking work orders, purchasing, and more.
