Is IBM Maximo Good?
What do you like best about the product?
IBM Maximo is an asset management tool like service requests, problem requests, and management of vehicles and buildings. We can use stocked tools. We can compare IBM Maximo with SAP.
What do you dislike about the product?
IBM Maximo User Interface is complicated. For improvement, an experienced management person is required. The security in IBM Maximo is Flexible that may be hacked in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maximo used in Microsoft Official projects for Asset management. Compared to SAP, IBM Maximo is more reliable and supports IOT Based Projects. Four tiers of IBM Maximo are helpful for business needs.

I highly recommend IBM Maximo to asset management users due to its valuable functions.

It is easy to understand all the workflow and practices and made the ongoing processes easily and efficiently . Also the tracking part and management is easy one could think of

The licensing part needs to be improved and work should be done on it to make it more attractive and easy to understand and get best out it also the navigation interface can also be improved

Management made easy it's easy if you gets your hands on and are familiar with the features and power of the overall software the another thing is the stability which too is great

What do you like best about the product?
The Best Thing is it reduced my labor cost. It is very easy to use. Excellent for asset Tracking.

The UI is not very user-friendly. It is not easy to navigate.It can be hard with big data.

With IBM Maximo is I analyze business ideas and handle business contacts.

Chock full of information but can be hard to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
The program can store a lot of valuable information and allow you to schedule preventative maintenance easily. Our shops personnel use EZMax Mobile for job tracking and I can see what their comments are sitting back in the office. We also use it for job billing and can see what charges were and if there are notes that I can access.
What do you dislike about the product?
The navigation is not at all intuitive. You have to know how to navigate it to get the information out of it that you need. I would like to see it updated so that navigation is up to date for the way people navigate web pages today.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track all of our preventative maintenance. Allow project managers, building facilities personnel, and more to access what is going on in their building and see the progress of repairs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This program was extensively modified for my employer to interface with our financial software. You should verify it will do what you want to do prior to purchase. The program will be easier to maintain and update that way.

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting feature is best in the new version of Maximo. And, it is best in terms of price, because, now it has become very affordable. No other competitor product offers such features in this price.
What do you dislike about the product?
BIRT report is a bit challenging as it may require minor fixes. And sometimes, the system hangs, and in such cases, we have to wait. Overall, it is a good product.

I like Maximo Mobile where I have real time access to assets data and work orders. also, It works both offline and online.

Not much in dislike, general l like lesser in usee experience, it should be betterin user interface & experience. Like it should be easy to understand and should not time taker.

Best Tool for Application Management using AI to improve the performance of the Project
What do you like best about the product?
Artificial Intelligence integration for Asset management is the best feature of all. It reduces downtime and also the cost efficiency of the overall project.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike in the Tool, but there are a few functional shortfalls in the application, like a few methods that are not there in the application core functionality like mbo.getValue().
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it for one Proof of concept for a client to implement the asset management with artificial intelligence and make the asset management more accessible and remote with mobile integration.

IBM Maximo offers many tools for enterprise asset management and manages all asset classes (e.g., tangible fixed assets, maintenance products). For us IBM Maximo is a perfect tool for inventory management

IBM Maximo is a good tool for managing assets, but some management capabilities miss. For mature organizations that require additional complexity, this could be useful if IBM Maximo had this opportunity. The mobility is not that great either, the user interface lacks capability

We use IBM maximo for all inventory asset management classes and asset strategy development. It is also highly configurable and therefore functions well if you have lot of customizations that need to be done

My recommendation would be to customize the software for your company-specific needs because IBM Maximo allows highly customizing tools
