IBM Maximo is best for asset management

What do you like best about the product?
IBM maximo is a very good solution an enterpise of any scale small scale, medium scale or large scale can use for asset management. IBM Maximo helps achieve a complete visibility for one's organization's corporate assets and crown jewels. Since the time we have started using IBM maximo we have a better strategy to keep a proper track of out corporate assets. We have opted for hybrid deployment and the deployment was a frictionless experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their support team is a bit slower to respond. Also the support team needs to be as knowlegable as technical team. The only feedback i have is about sipport team there need to be a lot of improvement there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using all the features of IBM maximo especially asset performance management and enterprise asset management and our experience has been really good.It has flawlessly integrated with our own internal ERP solution which is the best part about ibm maximo. They have really excellent modules and are really helpful when it comes to remote monitoring from a cloud native platform. As every one in times of covid is working from home it is so much more easier now to keep the assets secure and keep track of where they were logged in who the users were, maintaining the IPs, our enterprise asset security has been certainly improved.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
definitely recommend for both on premise and on cloud deployment a good solution for enterprise asset management helps a lot with compliances also.

IBM Maximo - one to rule them all!

What do you like best about the product?
You can plan, you can analyze, you can do almost everything, I love it!
IBM Maximo is an excellent solution for managing your property's space. For me, it's a tool for deciding what to do with your office and making it happen quickly. I love how easy it is to manage an office in just an hour or two. IBM Maximo has support for various devices to access the tool on the go to use it even on my mobile phone! One of the best things about this tool is that with IBM Maximo, you'll get the most up-to-date information about your company and never miss anything!
What do you dislike about the product?
Most people don't know how to use it, and I think the UI is bad. The first few days you use it will be confusing, and you'll have problems figuring out how to do everything. It's definitely not for beginners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only problem for me was to learn how to use it because, as I said before, it's a complicated tool for beginners. Nonetheless, it's full of benefits! IBM Maximo is a perfect life-hack tool to save time and reduce your workload. With this assistant, you can manage and plan your tasks and automate manual tasks. I cannot imagine not having IBM Maximo in my company!

With IBM Maximo, I have had a great experience with this software and no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We deployed IBM Maximo for purposes of ticketing, and I must say it has made it easy to interact with our clients as well as online visitors. It makes it easy to solve their issues and track tickets.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend IMB-Maximo for its many features and capabilities. The software is also affordable.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best software which highly customized feature's, Software help us to manage all our assets with this feature we can control our system asset daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least like about this software, the search option is slightly complicated need to work out on it. The license price, I believe it's higher than my expectation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maximo, I configured my company system to maintain assets daily, and it works excellent I highly recommend that to small and huge businesses. Once you get the hang of it, you will love it.

What do you like best about the product?
A perfect tool to manage and administer the operation of a company through this system; it works assets very efficiently, improves return on investment, unifies processes through multiple sites, collects and analyzes data from all support. It is easy to implement it on your server without having the service hosted in the cloud; it is visual and intuitive, and easy to use on any mobile device. An asset can be things like machines, equipment, tools, buildings, plants, vehicles, elements of technology, operating equipment, with a high level of classifying different items of any type.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the moment, everything is fine, the system can always have improvements, but the operation is perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very efficient when managing assets and keeping inventories up to date with the necessary reports for auditing, etc. Additionally, you can gain near real-time visibility into asset utilization, extend equipment life, improve asset profitability, and postpone new purchases, while unifying processes for enterprise-wide asset management functions. and in various locations that the organization may have. It allows for a Work order: to relate it to an asset, describe it, assign a person in charge, establish a date of registration and possible review, indicate if it is a repetitive task, launch a notice to the assigned supplier, and so on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This tool is recommended for asset management due to its powerful capacity and to promote the different senior management reports. Maximo integrations with other software systems (ERP, DMS / Active Directory, etc.); can maximize and enhance the integration of systems in an extensive organization. With excellent support and recognition worldwide. It allows access to all agents involved in the management: staff, call center, reception, property managers, insurance, external technical service, external technical reports service, repair providers, maintainers, and tenants, and owners. In general, the administration is very easy to use and friendly so that the use of users adapts to the needs.

- It is flexible
- It has features to of sorting and filtering

I don't have anything that i dislike about IBM Maximo only sometimes there server take time and need high spees Internet connection.

What do you like best about the product?
We are using IBM Maximo in the organization for the section of protocols and Sops. All the processing of files and archives inside the company is carried out for the maximum. It has many modules that serve many sectors of the company. It is virtually at ease to layout maintenance with Maximo. Maximo is a suitable planner tool between operations and support that can be used for proactive cases to reduce the cost for management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maximo has a complex interface for both the end-user and the developer, however, the integration with different tools is excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- All service requests, maintenance, incident reports, and records are being done through Maximo. It has become easier to track the progress of a task assigned to a person or group.

Great tool for inventory management - IBM Maximo

What do you like best about the product?
It's an amazing tool for inventory management control.
Data integration can be done easily.
It can handle every asset and it's very easy to track the asset.
Due to Maximo, we are able to increase our uptime during maintenance.
It uses condition-based monitoring to predict the failure in the case of any asset.
Easy to attach and view attachment.
Easy to use, don't need much knowledge to use it. Very simple and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very hard to implement.
We have to take IBM support most of the time.
The picking process is missing for reorders, which are needed by our client.
UI should be improved to improve the user experience.
You need the training to use it to its full capacity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had tracked work order request for our clients. The ticketing works very well with Maximo. It's very easy to customize which is a great thing. Also, we are able to integrate it with SAP very easily.
Improved overall business communication. Value for money product.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's an amazing product and works very well for enterprise work management. Setup is a cumbersome process but after that, it would be very helpful.
