Best Tool To Monitoring Performance
What do you like best about the product?
Well best part in IBM Maximo is is there performance dashboard. It is very useful to see the growth of organization, improvement in KPI's. Also you can integrte IBM maximo with your other tools. Best part of Maximo is there adding customize script as per need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Apart from turtle loading, there is no cons of IBM Maximo yet. Well also it depends on situation and requirements too.

IBM Maximo is a cloud-based that supports sustaining and manage operational assets and equipment. I had an amazing experience with this EAM software. It helped me to improve the performance of our assets, bring down costs and avoid downtime through its advanced analytics and AI technology. In case of crisis, it helped to maintain business continuity. It is suitable for businesses of all sizes including small, mid-size, and large companies. It provides benefits to intensive industries. The best quality is this system is that it is very fast and also provides a connection to the server even in remote areas.

One of the issues I face while moving assets back and forth between sites. The system is not good with this function. Moreover, This software is highly advanced as it has the latest technology. It is capable of managing work power and cost.

This asset management software is very user-friendly. With a little practice, we can easily get used to it. The support team is there to assist in our startup process. A training program is available for the users to become a professional. Moreover, at the end of the training, you can earn badges and certificates.

Things that need to be improved by the developers that should be like some time when issuing the ticket, so the process takes so much time it's not a user-friendly software it's complicated to use for the first time

What do you like best about the product?
Maximo helps in asset management and is easy to configure & customize according to our company business requirements. It is scalable, agile and enables us to respond to business changes in a small frame of time to make the required changes. Also, the system upgrade process is quite straightforward which requires less effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
The report generation process is a little complex and time-consuming. It will be helpful to get the reports easily to check and manage the overall performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tracking for asset repair history & its annual maintenance cost allows us to focus on other maintenance activities to eliminate repeated failures, work planning and scheduling to increase resources utilization, a safe work environment, and resource management. It has proved to be a great tool in asset management and creating a secure workspace for remote teams to work effectively.
