It's very power full. I recomand it for organisation that want to improve their process.

Time to perform tasks, control of over time. We have seen improvements to the worker efficiency

Understand that Maximo is not a point solution, it is a complete ERP and Asset Management solution.

What do you like best about the product?
Maximo is a great asset management tool offering the correct options for our organization. Our IBM rep has been very helpful as we are currently upgrading to v7.6.1
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently using v6.1 and the UI is clunky. v7.6.1 looks to be a much better UI

Asset management
Maximo sessions are very informative and at a good level of detail

Sessions were informative and the level of detail was great. Keynotes were a nice setup.

Everything was excellent, there wasnt anything major I could think of at the moment.

Managing assets and workorders. We have realized better understanding of what is maintained and what it takes to maintain these assets

What do you like best about the product?
Maximo has great capabilities for Asset and work management. As any other tool there are some shortcoming but I hope they will be addressed in near future.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maximo lacks some of the core features such as standard adapters for Document management system, ARIBA etc. It is too flexible and that open up for changes to core functions of tool impacting its overall behavior.

IOT and AI onramps - we need to connect to government systems, help desk systems, and other things that we would like to automate.

Disconnected capability in mobile is non-existing but our field techs rarely have wireless everywhere
