All in one asset management softwere
What do you like best about the product?
All is good with this product. Very easy to integrate with lots of products. When it comes to monitoring, it's very useful. We can view all the details from one place and can easily retrieve the data that we want.
What do you dislike about the product?
All is good with this product. In my opinion, this is a perfect platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have mainly used this product to customize the data that we are monitoring from our sites. I have mainly worked on the software side of this application and helped them to get their data to a centralized location. And also, we used AI-Powered solutions to this product to quickly done our day-to-day works.

My Experience with IBM Maximo
What do you like best about the product?
A perfect suitable suite for us. Before it was very difficult to manage track assets. Before we were maintaining spreadsheets to maintain assets, where we were facing many issues. Each time we need manual update status on the sheet and get approval from management. Now, everything like automatic-only we need to add assets and update records Dashboard automatically shows the status of assets to the management to keep track. Reduced our risk and improved our efficiency. Even users also getting assets on time. Service also happening on time. Productivity loss due to assets has been completely stopped.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no dislike about this suite. I am happy to use it. It made our work very easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits are many like dashboard keep us up to date. Easy to track assets. Production planning made easy.

That is the only improvement to be aware of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maximo helps to plan and to schedule work, to see work in progress, and to follow it through to completion. The ability to organize work that needs to be done and tie it to asset costs allows you to make informed data-driven decisions about asset maintenence including repair or replace. Manipulating the data output creates easy to read metrics across asset types, physical locations, certain parts of the organization. This results in cost savings, increased public safety and satisfaction, and increased up time.

What do you like best about the product?
Since our users are travelling around the round before it was difficult for us to maintain assets. Now, after started using this IBM Maximo asset management tool it's very easy for us to track, assign and maintain all assets. We can easily know the status of assets based on sites. easy to add Assets. With this tool, reporting is very easy for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Loading time is very high. It has almost the features we need. Still, we need to explore this. Right now there is no dislike about this tool.

You can assign as many ticket and track them very easy. It's very easy to track work orders, manage all you assest accros different sites and also have a concept of hierarchy in what is lacking and has to be imporved based on statistics.

Info available to look and solve smaller issues that might rise during usage.

Provides great connections on the remote sites and especially is great on ticketing purposes, easy to familiarize with and utilize the system.

Provides good connection even in remote areas. Good IBM tool for ticketing purpose, includes ITIL practices as well

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly. A wide variety of instructional courses for individuals, partners and other developers to customize and release. Service absolutely managed. Uses serverless software, for example logical applications. The program can be trained in field-specific conditions, which is a nice feature. The extension module of the query is explicitly designed for simple use.

Thirth party integration with applications can be increased.
