Maximo was used as CMMS which is not super user friendly use but it is a good MMS.

The best feature without a doubt is filtering the Work Orders created by Maintenance areas, and also knowing who is tracking an already created Work Order.
What do you dislike about the product?
How difficult it is to use on mobile browsers, it's very hard to adapt to how poorly coordinated everything looks from within the application, it even crashes a lot if the intranet is unstable.

This software really solves a lot, it shows my direct supervisor how productive I am and how many hours of my time are invested in my work during my assigned shifts.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have implemented IBM Maximo for many customers for supply chain management, cost control, procurement and invoicing solution. Usually, all finance tasks happen in SAP and cost control tasks in Primavera applications like (P6 and Unifier). So to implement on complete Project Management solution Integration between two application is required where IBM Maximo help us to integrate this two application. It benefits my clients to reduce the timings for invoicing to suppliers.

While Managing Assets in Maximo there should be an option for Bulk Upload this would save time and effort, For Instance Information to be updated in a tempelate /format. and uploaded. Similarly, the same provision is to be available in Preventive Maintenance Plans and subjected routes creation.
Activity Job plans and Failure codes definition should be more specific with clear failure codes.
Provision to close backlog workflow assignments to be available as well as it creates nuisance errors .
