Currently use Maximo primarily for Work Management, Asset Management, Supply Chain.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to track work and Assets, and how it can integrate with other systems. Also, there are multiple ways to perform some functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the 'Help' information could be enhanced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work Management, Asset Management, PMs, Supply Chain functionality, etc...

What do you like best about the product?
How the addition / removal of Maximo data automatically affects associates data structures, reducing the risk of orphaned or missing data
What do you dislike about the product?
Poor documentation, especially for new learners. A detailed guide should be offered not just how key applications work, but also why, & example business use cases
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking large amounts of Assets and the work that is done on them

What do you like best about the product?
Work Management is very powerful and robust.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maximo Migration Manager is very hard to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Facilities Maintainance , Enterprise Asset Management, Asset Life Cycle management are some of the areas we are using Maximo. Maximo not only helps to streamline the business processes, but with cost benefits.

What do you like best about the product?
I started my career with Maximo. It is very robust, neat product which provides everything to the customers that they need for their day to day operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the bugs like auditing in Migration Manager which has some room to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work Management,
Asset Management,
Inventory Management.

The product team is looking to incorporate new functionality and AI into the product
What do you dislike about the product?
Migration Manager and continuous deployment is not easy at all. There is a lot of manual steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identify duplicated work at duplicated locations. Determining re-occurring issues by equipment/asset type.

What do you like best about the product?
Maximo is easily configurable and can be tailored to meet customer business needs.
Asset management processes can be pervasive and all Maximo needs to be customized to be integrated with customer processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI style is no always fresh-looking. A more modern look would be appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When properly implemented and configured customers are always happy and continue adding more features to the solution.

I like the capacity to be flexible with other technologies and always ready to innovation

i dislike the user interface, sometimes a little bit ""older"" then other ticketing software
