Maximo is essential to our business but it could be improved
What do you like best about the product?
Maximo is complex- a truy powerful shell for data and work flows. It's vital in many of our daily business decisions at our large public utility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maximo needs a complete U/X refresh. It's difficult to retrieve information, users must go through multiple screens, the lack of visuals and discrete business decisonmaking capability in a short timeframe is not acceptible in today's tech environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asset management, Supply Chain Functions, Contract Management, handling over 10B of spend per year.

The flexibility of Maximo and all capabilities are helping us to drive our requirements to install and use the product

The time to implement (I would like to use in avanced :))

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, beginner level software. Always had very little issues with data entry and repetitive function.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes our server went down, and after that would happen Maximo was unreachable for hours

Maintenance of the app itself can be tricky if you do not stay on top of it

We are trying to create a mobile solution for our technicians. Anywhere is great but will not work with Work Flows.

I like the way how Maximo can be customized to meet the business rule and workflow. I involved in application design and third party application integration
