I recommend Maximo for plants of any size even if you have only one person to do everything
What do you like best about the product?
It is very flexable to minimize for a small plant with 1 person doing the planning & Scheduling, supervisiing, mechanic and Reliability Engineer.
What do you dislike about the product?
not being able to perform RCM in Maximo when that is a major part of our PM Strategy.

Maximo Mobile allows us to stop the waste and inefficiency of so much paperwork.

The current user interface on the version we are on is not up to date and user friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
Maximo is a great tool for all maintanence needs. You can track work and assets and get all the data you need for forecasting.

I dislike the fact that I do not have all the permissions to do some of the things I need to do.

MRO. We use Maximo for our MRO warehouse and procurment of spares and spot buys.

There is a great deal of flexibility in how you configure it

I think the UI and navigation is very cumbersome for our users.

Very much dislike the Scheduler tool. Is very hard to especailly for the end user

Reducing backlog, allowing better PM compliance, better knowledge of backlog

Be very careful of using the scheduling tool. Identify in your set up of waht you want before programing the software
